Ive been coming to IBB around 18 months now. Abby and Mark have an amazing shop filled with incredible goodies that always tempt me. Ive seen the turnover in some staff members, but all have been courteous and friendly. The variety of products available is amazing, especially considering the space. Some things (especially toys) are cycled in and out so youre better off grabbing it then if you see it in store. Baby carriers/wraps/ring slings and cloth diapers are commonplace, but new prints and exclusives are frequently introduced. I appreciate a small business that understands mothers with small children. There is space to nurse or change your child or to meet and chat with friends. Breastfeeding is openly welcome. Babywearing is second-nature for most employees and theyre always willing to help. Mark and Abby put on amazing events, both to celebrate milestones for the store/their business and for product launches. Ive never left disappointed. They take care of their customers, frequent or one-time. You will not be disappointed if you stop in!

I want to give this store no stars because my wife keeps spending money here!!! She loves this place. I never thought my wife could be obsessed with diapers but this place has made her so. Their clothe diaper rental for infants really is a great deal, especially for those, like us, who are on a tight budget. Also, the service is far greater than the average store you go to. Everyone who works here seems to have a baby or toddler and theyve used these products on their children as guinea pigs so they are rather knowledgeable. Also, they are very friendly and will work with you to make any mistake done by the foolish husband (cough cough) right.

This store is magical (I assume) based on an online purchase I made. I placed an order for some AppleCheeks diaper covers on Thursday at 1:00 pm and my order was marked shipped within an hour. Then, even better, it was not just marked as shipped, but was actually shipped and in my hands less than 48 hours later. My receipt even had a handwritten "Thank You" on it! Great service, and Ill definitely be buying again. Hope to make it to KC someday to stop in and see the store in person!!!

This store is a joke. Even with a reciet you are not allowed to return for a refund you are only allowed store credit. You can not try on carries without paying a $15 fee. There diaper classes coast where as you can go to teeny green and they are free. They are not loyal to customers who are loyal to them. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to shop before going here. There is more than one store near Kansas city.

They have such a great selection of cloth diapers, natural toys, and great baby carriers and bags! The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and suggested a few things that my baby loves and a few things that I love to use for her! The owner was there and was very nice and helpful, too.

Lots of shady business going on here. Read the media reports regarding their recent fire. They knowingly sold carcinogenic baby products to another distributer to make money off their products that were damaged goods. Then lied about it. Sadly I cannot support this business any longer.

Excellent selection of infant and toddler gear, apparel, and toys. Family owned, with a family-friendly atmosphere. Its a beautiful store for browsing and casual shopping, and if you know what youre after, their online ordering and curbside pickup are lifesavers!

Ive been shopping here since my daughter was tiny. Ive never had an issue with customer service or anything. I love the but online and pick up in store option. And the drive up pickup option. Shopping with a 3 year old is hard.
