My family and I went in to buy my baby furniture, which we were super excited about, the lady that was there to help us, Nicole, seemed very annoyed when she first started helping us. I didnt get think to much of it in the beginning but once we had proceeded to learn more about the furniture we were going to spend well over $1,000 on she was so incredibly rude for no reason and sent the supervisor to help who was no better he made it seem like it was our fault for putting her out! It all worked out though because we went across the street to buy buy baby and spent $2,000! I will never go back there! The customer service was horrible I will never understand! She told us "well I have to ask the same question about 30 times a day so it gets a little annoying after awhile" ummm excuse me? You are in the customer service industry. Get out of it if you cant do it with a smile on your face!!

I have a bad experience every time I go. The employees I have encountered are rude and run away when I try to ask questions. I just spent almost $300.00 on a stroller/car seat combo that was on the top shelf. The employee that we asked for assistance with the 80lb box pulled it off and handed it to my husband to carry to the front! My husband is capable of carrying it but it was bulky and if he hadnt been there I guess I wouldnt have bought it because there was no way I was going to carry it being pregnant. We then stood in the check out line for a long time while employees (Nancy) pretended not to see us. Its frustrating to spend a lot of money in a store and receive bad customer service. If I hadnt had a gift card I would have spent my money a Buy Buy Baby!

The store layout was a little confusing. There were desks to sign up for services blocking items to purchase. For example, I had to walk through people signing up for a gift registry to look at diaper bags. The prices are a little high as well. I overpaid for a swing by $50 compared to other places, obviously paying for the convenience of taking my item home right then. The clothing selection for babies VERY good, and the prices are acceptable if you are purchasing items on sale.

Awful. Awful. Awful. Dont go here. Ive got twins on the way looking for a double stroller and clothes and the only help I got was a very rude go online. I will never ever go back there. I could easily have spent 400 dollars and I spent 20. I left there offended and they only reason I would post to google is because it was really really really awful. ZERO customer service. ZERO help. 100% RUDE

They blast email 2packs of diapers for$25.00 Friday and Saturday ONLY We go Friday arrive at 10:00am, when they opened at 9:30! They were out. Limit 4 is a joke. The guy was rude. Then to make it all better there were 12 people in line with 1 register open. The ad signs were all over the wrong pack sizes as well. And NO they would not honor it.

Thank God I came in even though online it said that they did not have the car seat I wanted for my baby. I love our new car seat I have been looking everywhere for this car seat my nephew has the same one and I wanted one ever sense. Now I can drive with peace of mind knowing that my baby is safe plus she absolutely loves her car seat!

We live 90 miles away. Layout was great. Staff was great. There were some sales. We got ideas for our return trip. Today, the store was way too hot for me with no air circulation that I went and sat down and let my wife and daughter shop. That probably save me a couple hundred dollars.

The prices are really not worth even going in there, not with places like Walmart or Sams club. ESPECIALLY if youre driving from Muskogee (40 miles away) like I did.
