Very irresponsible store; poor customer service. One of our family members has set up a baby resgistry. My wife and I spent time reviewing the baby registry and selected couple of items based on availability of those items in this particular store. The Babies R Us system indicated those items to be available to be picked up and allowed us to place the order and took the payment. An hour later we get notified that the order is cancelled as the store does not have those items. We stop by the store and all they said was that it was online and they had nothing to do with it. They had the wrong inventory in their system, they accepted the order and payment and then they just say it was online and not their responsibility. Obviously their processes are broken to show inventory where it does not exist. And then they do not even want to accept the responsibility. And they took the payment but now it will take 7 business days for the credit to process! I guess that is how they make money.

After a long time of delays and procrastination, Finally I visited Babies R US. And Man, it is huge. Huge collection for everything related to Baby. The only disappointment was its price. The price of everything is 25% to 75% more than what you can find on Amazon or Walmart. But Hey! They do price match for items with some simple and sensible conditions like "Sold & Shipped by Amazon" etc. One Pro Tip: mobile signal is always very weak inside the store (or has been made weak), so make sure you save screenshots of Amazon item page showing price and other info like Sold and shipped by Amazon. So that you are not waiting for the item to load on Amazon to get the price match. All in all a great place to shop for babies.

This babies r us is horrible. They are always packed with hardly any cashiers, or the employees are walking around the store aimlessly. I bought a baby bathtub that was in the box like it was brand new and got home to take out a nasty dirty tub. Just skip this one and drive to the one in Lewisville.

Long lines and very slow at night. Come during the day and save yourself the long wait. They have all the essentials as you expect from any Babies R Us.
