This store is fabulous---great baby toys, clothes, furniture, gifts, etc.--and the service is good. BUT, if you decide to purchase their furniture, I would recommend going online to see if you can find a better deal elsewhere. I bought my highchair, crib, and changing table there--all kinda expensive and their quoted time of delivery each time (bought the things separately) was off by about a week. So, when I decided I also loved one of their rocking chairs (and went in to test it out), I then looked online and scored the same chair for half off at an online baby boutique (and no delivery debacles!). In short, go for the stuff you can purchase right away in the store (clothes or toys) or to check out the furniture you might be interested in buying.... but for a better deal and quicker delivery, buy furniture online.

I will absolutely never go back. I walked in and was not greeted. At all. Ever. I had to ask for someones help (if someone hadnt sent me there specifically, I would have already walked out). After I shopped for about 30 minutes, I stood there for another 45 watching them swipe every card I owned.... After 10 days of dealing with my bank/ fraud alerts, credit card customer service, gift card balances, authorization codes & so on, they reimbursed me the difference in what I was owed and sent me on my way. Im not even sure I got an apology. Hopefully I can save someone else from their "faulty system."

What I like about this store is that they can answer questions about the merchandise, provide gift ideas, and carry the most unique items The clothing lines are all different from anything you will find in department or discount stores, but I loved the unique toys and baby organizers. Never experienced such great customer service! I was looking for something different and found at Baby Bliss!

We were there for 15 minutes and the staff didnt greet us, make eye contact which made us us feel unwelcome. While they said they had lots of strollers, they maybe had 6 or 7. All the reviews are five star reviews, which makes me extremely suspicious that they are all posted by the store staff/owner. Ill not goto a place that makes me feel unwelcome.

Love this store they have the best baby stuff you cant get anywhere else! People always ask me where I get my baby stuff because my baby gear is so unique. I am really sad they closed the Southlake store but I am hoping one day they will open one closer to where I live again.

I walked-in wanting to learn more about strollers and other baby gear, while seeing them in person. Veronica took her time answering ALL my questions and demoing the gear. She was absolutely wonderful! Such a wonderful experience at this beautiful boutique!
