I would have given no stars if it had let me had the choice. First they offer basically nothing for bins of good hardly used products. Second then find just the slightest stain that you didnt even see in the clothes you bring, and they "cant" take it. Okay I looked around the store and I have seen clothes much worse than some of the clothes they deny. One dress had a very noticeable stain on the front. And others clothes looked more worn out than clothes they "couldnt" take. Another thing I saw was a stroller being sold for $45, this stroller looked like someone just picked it off the side of a road. It was sun bleached and it looked like no body even cleaned it. I was very disappointed with this store.

The worse experience ever. I have shopped here for eight years. Loved buying from them, and the first time I take my stuff into sell, they ripped me off. I took two huge trash bags full of clothes, one which had no stains and were in near perfect condition and they only kept like 15 things and gave the rest back. They told me the clothes were stained and no good, and that was not true.. Then when I went back to get my clothes they only gave me one bag and I had to go back because they had hid the other bag of clothes and arent going to give it to me.. I will never by from them again.. So dissatisfied with their service..

Staff was pretty friendly despite the large crowd. I did try to sell a sanatizer though, and they didnt buy because my "bottle warmer" (the sanatizer) "had an odor". I checked the smell, and it was burning plastic because they turned it on without adding any water...so yea. Thats not really a negative, just lack of knowledge. The store was very kept up once again, despite all the shoppers. I did go in on a Saturday, when it was so crowded, then on a Sunday and the crowd was a lot lighter. Im definitely going back, probably only to sell clothes or toys though...no more appliances.

You can find some really cute stuff for kids that are new or gently used. I feel like most of their prices are cheaper than some other second hand stores in town. And they wont try to sell a faded and stained dress like Goodwill will try to do. They have great sales often. Its clean and smells good in there. I take stuff to sell maybe twice a year. Ive always been satisfied with the amount offered. You can either get store credit or cash. Anything they dont buy you can either take back or let them keep it to donate to The Cottage Resale shop. (At Driscoll Childrens hospital)

If you dont look like a super soccer mom in high heels carrying name brand purses and Starbucks dont expect much when you take clothes to resale. The area behind the counter is always a mess. Clothes with tags that kids outgrew before wearing they wont take because of "mysterious stains" or OMG there was 1 piece of lint. Yet there are clothes for sale more work than ones you take. I think I will keep saving my kids clothes for when I go see my parents and resell them there.

All the bad reviews are from people trying to sell to the store! I buy from there a lot and am very happy with the store! Obviously they are picky about what they take, they filter through tons of clothes daily! Ive sold to them too, and its not cause I want top dollar, its to get rid of clothes. Im a happy customer and will continue shopping there.

Its true they are very condescending about buying items. If they find a stain or missing button that you missed, they treat you like youre socially unacceptable. They also act like its a bother to take your items in. Service is horrible, and prices are high. I would rather find things new on sale than give my money to rude people.

Have been in line for at least 10 minutes and am in line behind people who were in line when i got here. It literally snakes through the store. There are 4 people behind the counter and only 1 cashier is helping people. 3 other registers in the store. This is ridiculous. Pretty obvious customer service is not a priority

These people love to poke peoples eyes by saying they call when the offer is ready, when infact they didnt call. And then they say that the clothing was donated somewhere. I definitely will never return there to sell clothing. And I will file a report them to the BBB and to the FCC!!!

This is the worst resale, they ripped us off and then tried keep perfectly good clothes, by not returning all the clothes that were in great condition, saying they had returned all clothes. Had to make a special trip to pick up perfectly good clothes. Will never buy from them again.

The other day, I looked it up on Google Maps and was disappointed to see it closed. Today I hasd buisness in the Airline area and whikle driving by saw that the open sign was on. So I stopped in and it was packed with stuff and people. I was excited to find them still open!!!!

Downright rude! We bought a highchair while we were visiting. We were told that they pay 50% of what they would sell the item for. When we sold the highchair back to them, they would only pay 25%!!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was impressed by there clothes selection. They had lots of brand name stuff and most of the clothes were in great shape and priced reasonable. The only thing I wished for was that they had more toys and shoes.

From out of town, saw people who where there when I arrived with the same amount of stuff and yet 6 hours later theres got done but mine didnt. They need to step it up, never going back there.

More expensive than a thrift store, but quality is higher. Very picky on what they will take for trade-ins and dont expect to get very much for what they will take.
