My experience at Babies R Us this weekend was wonderful. I have two baby registries, and Babies R Us is one of them. I was gifted two duplicated items for baby, and the gift-giver didnt remember which stores she purchased them from. I had no receipts. Since the items were listed on my Target registry, I tried Target first. Target was rude and turned me away, telling me to Google the UPC code on my own. Babies R Us spent 15 minutes trying to figure out why one of the items was listed on their website but not showing up in their inventory. Apparently it was purchased long enough ago that is no longer available in-store with Babies R Us. They found a way to help us return both items and gave us store credit for each. I will be moving my items from my Target registry to my Babies R Us and purchasing everything else from Babies R Us. What a wonderful customer service experience! Thank you!

Helpful staff willing to extensively answer questions about child safety seats and gear. Once we narrowed our carseat search, an employee took the floor model seat to our car and assisted us in deciding if it would fit the car properly. What a great service!

The worst employees I have ever delt with. And that is why most people dont go here anymore. This location will be out of business in the next couple years if they dont fix this problem.
