Piss poor customer service all around. Ordered a diaper disposal system online that was missing extra refills. Calling customer service on the f phone is worthless and full of incompetence. I come to the store to do an exchange. She had to call a manager uo there because she either didnt know how to handle the situation or isnt given the power to do so properly. First problem is they have to do a return based off my ID when the shipping label is right there. Second she refunds is back to a store credit and hands it to me. The staff is too lazy to help a new parent out and go back and pick out the correct product so that I can be on my way. This was their screw up in the beginning. So I had to take the store credit, walk back and search the store for the product and then go back and check out with the same lazy individual. Never again will I shop here.

Manager is a complete jerk at this store. Serious attitude problem and he two cashiers at the front stood at their registers dumbfounded when I had a question about a product. Seriously if your working at a baby store be informed on the products you sell. Ive never would have gotten this kind of attitude back at my California Babies R Us. Bithida (think this is how you spell it) was an excellent help answered all my question on a product I had and helped me check out! She made this experience better for us but as for management at this location he was a complete a**. Never will be returning to this location!!

Horrible experience all he way around at this location. Erin (store manager) told me she would rectify the situation and asked me to come back. I went in store only to be rudely handled by Andrea (assistant manager). Was made out to act like I was lying and trying to cheat them out of something. I was talked down to in front of my children. I will never be back to spend another dollar in this place. Go elsewhere!!! These people dont appreciate your business and could care less about you as a person or customer.

I bought 2 items on line, 1 from Babies r Us and 1 from Toys R Us. The Manager Jim said that I was wrong by just taking a glace at my phone. He didnt even check on the computer. So he send me back to Babies R Us and they took about 15 min to figure out + my driving and wait time <10 min> at his store

Worst customer service ever. Returned something I got for a baby gift that I didnt need. Obviously I have a receipt, and was told could only get $0.04 for nice, dress up outfit- pants, shirt and shoes. Ridiculous.
