Mexican woman at customer service couldnt do my return. She didnt know how to look me up by my r us card to do an exchange and when I tried to even exchange for a different color she said because theyre different colors she couldnt do it. It was the exact same product same price but she didnt know how.

SLOOOW!! It doesnt matter what time of the day you try to check out they usually have customer service open and MAYBE another cashier. Just know you will be in line probably longer than anticipated

Never use store pickup here. Whats the point of store pickup if its the same line for returns and exchanges. You are better off just walking in and buying at the cashier
