The crew at the Champions Bike Barn are amazing!!!!! I have a garage full of bikes and by far the best bike buying experience I have had has been with this bike shop!!! Just purchased a high-end full suspension mtn bike and I really wanted to make sure I got the right bike. Claudia, Julio, Kurt & Dave went out of their way to make sure I got the right bike-thank you!!! I tried different bikes and different sizes. The advantage of purchasing a bike from Bike Barn is if the local shop does not have what you are looking for, then they will get what you want from another Bike Barn location. They made sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted and have been 1st class in ensuring that the bike is perfect! Just got my bike back from its 1st post-purchase tune-up and wanted them to make a change to how it was set-up. Not a problem! Gave them a call and Roy made the change right then and there-thanks!!! I have pretty high expectations and they exceeded them-this does not happen often!! So if you are looking for a new bike or just a tune-up for an existing bike-check out Bike Barn.

If I had a list of everything that went well at this location, this review would be too long to spark interest. I am reviewing this branch specifically as this is the only Bike Barn I have been to and the level of customer service I received here was outstanding. My rep was Lucas, who was a young guy but immensely knowledgeable and spent about 2.5 hours with me to help me from A to Z. I was not ready to buy a bike that day, (ended up buying two, one for myself and one for the wife) but his professionalism and knowledge wowed me and I couldnt rob this store of my business. If management is reading this review, please promote this gentleman. Doing so will certainly be an investment.

Since buying my first Trek at Bike Barn in 2007, there is no other store I would spend my money with. Always a great, educated staff that ask the right questions to help you find your perfect match in a bike. I shop at the Cypress location, so have dealt mostly with David and Rachel. Great at what they do.

Had a hard time deciding on my first bike. They were very helpful and gave me lots of info. Did not know anything about bikes and they took the time to teach me and were very friendly. Took me 2 visits to decide on the bike i wanted. Nichole was the person who helped me with my bike. She is awesome

Took my 1984 Peugeot road bike in looking for some hard to find parts. The manager came up with a solution on the spot and I was riding my old bike like I was back in high school. Well the bike road like 1984... definitely recommend this shop, super nice helpful staff.

Was in there for a minutes never greeted but owell what stores do these days. Stood around for a few, not a single word to us if we needed help. Walked out while the two at the front continued to chat never asking as we walked out if they could help.

They have fixed my bike multiple times and are a really good place to shop at. the only problem is that prices are a little high there for bike accessories. you can get the same stuff for cheaper at other places or online.

Jud in the service dept is AMAZING!!! I drive all the way from West U, when the West U store is across the street from my house, to have Jud work on my bike!

Very friendly staff! I took my bike that was under warranty to get wheels retrued, walked with my bike, 10 mins later walked out with my bike!
