Denzel was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. I appreciate that the whole staff I dealt with is humble and does not make things up if they dont know the answer. They actually try to find an answer. This is quite a difference from Sun And Ski and Bike Barn. Theyve got a great selection with lots of price points to meet most budgets. Im not saying youre going to ride out on a 100 dollar bike like at Wal-Mart, but if you want to pay for a quality bike, theyve got options that wont break the bank. Also, you dont have to wear spandex to shop there. Its a very laid back and friendly place, and I appreciate that they offer test rides without hesitation. Theyre not going to let you buy a bike that doesnt work for you.

Not good. Incorrectly advised on ability to upgrade bike ( although they deal in the brand) , only realized error on receipt of part 6 days later and realized scope of mods required much larger. insisted on leaving bike there whilst part ordered... no ability apparently to order part on deposit basis and allow me to keep on riding in the interim. Had bike for 4 days before actually did any work on it.... meanwhile i loose 7 days riding! with no upgrade , although tech did adjust original set up to improve performance.... but that could have been done in a few mins on day 1. I will be going somewhere else in the future.

They are amazing! I was greeted right when I first walked in. They got my bike out of my SUV for me and brought it into the store. I explained that I had been to another bike shop in the area for the same issue twice and each time I got it back, the issue was not resolved. They looked at it right away and figured out the problem within minutes. My bike is now functioning perfectly. I will never go anywhere else. I trust this store and its amazing employees 100%. They are honest, ethical, professional and know bikes! I found my new bike shop!!!

Great bike shop with great service and very happy to see them in The Woodlands. I had what I thought was a tricky rear derailleur issue. The bike essentially wouldnt stay in gear and constantly jump out. I took it to another reputable bike shop all the way downtown for this issue...twice, and saw no improvement. Brooks took time to document the issue I was seeing and said he would see what could be done. Since getting the bike back it hasnt jumped out of gear once! Great experience.

If you are in the market for a new bike, maintenance or accessories you have to go to Bicycle World The Woodlands, great store and friendly staff that is willing to answer all your questions and help you find what you are looking for. Denzel and Hunter were awesome helping me land on my new Cervelo S3, couldnt be happier, super bike at a super deal plus lot of perks with my purchase. Will certainly come back for all my bicycle needs going forward.

This is a great place! Brought my Specialized Hardrock in for repair and they got me taken care in no time, they replaced the wheels and did a tuneup and had me ready to ride the next day. No BS here, just techs that know what they are doing, good customer service, and good selection of items.
