I highly recommend Crow Computers. I checked reviews and even called several other places, but my initial call/conversation with Eric stood out and above all the rest. Eric showed genuine interest in helping me resolve all my computers problems and was very knowledgeable and patient with every question I asked. He was even able to recover all my data from a failed hard drive, for which I am so grateful. His prices were very reasonable and true to what he quoted and his customer service is excellent. I will definitely be using Crow Computers again and recommending them to everyone I know and do business with.

We have been using Erric and his team for a few months for our office network maintenance/support and have nothing but good things to say. Erric is always professional and responsive. As technology and cyber criminals are always evolving, he is always thinking ahead and helping us plan the next step for our business needs within our budget. If you are not in love with your IT people, you should give this guy a call! You need a nerd in this industry to keep you safe and make sure your business suffers minimal interruption in the event of a catastrophic event.

I just recently moved down here for college when my computer crashed on me. With me not being from around here I had no idea who I could trust with my Alienware laptop. I started reading reviews and they couldnt be more accurate. He was very nice and got my laptop back up and running way faster than I expected and plus he did it at a very great price. Cheaper than anyone I have dealt with in the past! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing laptop repairs done quickly and at a reasonable price!

Great job with such a very bad computer that I really felt was going to be impossible to repair. Eric really knows his computers and he also helped me get back on line with e-mail and explained the connections to the drive. Great service from a really knowledgeable technician. I have room to do some games now that I love. Really reasonable prices and brought it back to me without all the dust and cat hair that was probably in the drive. If I could just keep the cat off of the keyboard now.

Very professional and knowledgable in computers. I had work done on my pc that was stuck in a repair loop and constantly restarting with a failed hard drive. He also installed a corsair water cooling system to my pc and the work that was done was phenomenal and done in a timely manner. I would be crazy not to recommend everyone to this place. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my numerous experiences with Crow Computers. Recently, the hard drive on my laptop crashed and Erric installed a new one. He had my laptop up and running within a couple of days. Prior to that incident, I picked up a bad virus in my laptop which he promptly took care of.
