HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our cars navigation system was vandalized, the screen was completely shattered. We called them to see how much it would be to replace it and the girl on the phone said we would have to schedule an appointment and bring it in to get a price. Ok, did that. Our appointment was at 1:30pm, the front desk girl told me she would call me within 15-20 minutes to let me know what the price would be BEFORE any work was done on m vehicle. Because the place was kind of grimy and barren, I decided to walk leave and with my son to the Museum of Treasures to kill some time. After an hour and a half an no phone call, I decided to call and see what was going on. The girl seemed clueless and didnt have an answer for me and said she would call me back. By then, 2 hours had passed and I decided to have a friend pick my son and I up. I had to go get my carseat out of my car so she let me in the back, it looked like my vehicle hadnt even been touched yet, but she insisted that they would have a price for me very soon. Two and a half-hours later, I called back and she STILL did not have a price! I decided to come get my vehicle, and VOILA! Magically, a price was given to me. I told them I was frustrated and wanted to go somewhere else, but the owner insisted on charging me $80 just for looking at my car and finding the price to replace the nav system! At NO point was I told there was a fee for my car to be looked at. No mechanical was done on my car at all and upon dropping my car off, I insisted that no work would be done on my car without me knowing the price first. I did NOT pay his ridiculous fee and would never recommend this place to ANYONE. The front desk girl is completely forgetful & did not bother to call me back once! Even to say, "hey I know I said I would call you back in 10 minutes, but I apologize, we still dont have a price."

Last February I treated myself to an aftermarket radio, a new amp and 12" enclosed subs. I overestimated my ability to install all the new aftermarket gear and called Rick at The Radio Shop for help. He said to bring it on over and he would put a tech on it and get me all set up. After a false start and a miscommunication between myself and a tech, Rick generously offered me a free installation on another radio. He did better than that. He graciously made sure that all of my new aftermarket gear was professionally installed. He had the radio settings right where they needed to be. All I had to do was to get in and turn it on and WOW! I love the new sound in my 2006 Jeep Commander. We do a lot of RVing and this is the vehicle I pull my travel trailer with - its going to be really nice to have such wonderful sound while were on the road. The Radio Shop has had a lengthy run in Wichita and the reason is Ricks attention to customer satisfaction and honest practices. I will bring my next installation job to Rick for sure. Thanks Rick! You really made my world light up - Im loving this!

Took my car in because CD player wasnt taking any CDs. Took them almost 2 hours to take a stock radio out. Told me I would have a quote by the end of the business day. Didnt hear anything. Call them the next morning, nothing. They finally decided to call me. For an optic lens and a new arm was almost 900.00?! Rip off city. Then I have to schedule another appointment just to get my radio back? Wont ever be recommending this place to anyone. Totally ridiculous!

Absolutely Fantastic Service! Rick has superior customer rapport. All inquiries are answered in the upmost detail with the service being A+++. His shop is very trustworthy with tender care going into all the work performed! Bringing my truck into his shop for the security, sound and camera install was such an intelligent choice. Across the board there is no better place to bring a vehicle to add those nice secure touches! Thank You All Very Much!!!

I had an OEM Audio Plus system installed in my 2016 Tacoma back in April and The Radio Shop did a great job! There were a few issues with the kit that was shipped to me and they communicated directly with the OEM Audio guys to get it worked out and taken care of. Great customer service and attention to detail. The installer (Sasha) was quick to keep in touch with me as well.

As a fellow business owner from Salina, I was in a real pickle when a part I needed for an installation wasnt shipped as it should have been. It proved to be a very difficult part to find, but The Radio Shop had one in stock. They sold it to me at a dealer price so I still made my profit on the part, and saved my day for sure. Thanks guys!

Just got a back up camera installed in my truck, they did an awesome job. Rick is over the top with customer service, and the staff was very professional. I needed a ride to and from work to get it done, which for me is half way across town, and Rick said that was no problem. Im very glad I got it done at The Radio Shop. Thanks guys.
