I purchased a car from them in approx sept of 2015 and quickly began to have trouble with it. Took it to my mechanic who wouldnt release the car because the front end was not considered "road worthy"...$700 dollars later it was repaired. Shortly thereafter there was a problem with the transmission, it was taken to a shop In Manchester and it took over 2 weeks for them to figure out it was a transmission computer chip problem, in and out of shop a couple more times till it was taken in for a small radiator leak, somehow while doing this repair, the mechanic blew the head gasket and the car could not be repaired. As a result I was brought down to the lot to purchase a different car. The one I wanted, although sitting on the lot, was not for sale because the tittle had to be obtained. (I have since found out that this is an illegal practice and if the state were to find out they could shut them down). So....purchased a different car and again immediately started to have trouble with it. I took it in and told them what was wrong with it, rented a car at the cost of $500 since they dont offer a loaner car at this dealer. I told them the car was missing, a blinker was out and the front end had a rattle....all things the car was doing when I purchased it and all things I was told would be repaired. When I got the car back, the miss was repaired, the blinker was working but the front end still had the rattle even though I was told it was looked at....it was not. To make a long story short, I began to call to try to talk to the staff about this only to my calls ignored. I took a repair estimate from my own mechanic in there that I was told would be passed on and get a call back, I did not. My mechanic stated a strut was bad on the front which rattles and squeaks very loudly. So....I held a payment back knowing they would call for that....and they did. At that time I informed them of my attempts to reach them with No return call only to them be told they would not cover the strut repair even though they acknowledged the issue and repair when I purchased the car. I have had nothing but trouble with this dealer and would NEVER recommend anyone buy from them. My issues with them have been ongoing for almost a year, they dont care. They sit junk out on their lot and they prey on those with less then perfect credit. They are poorly run and will avoid you to avoid repairs even when under warranty. I would not recommend this car dealer to my worst enemy!!!

This is where I have purchased my first car and theyve been really good to me. Worked great with me on my payments and still do . Always real nice to me and got my car with no problems . I would recommend my friends here! My mom as well has a car with this dealership and theyve been just as nice and helped her out just as much !

Staff are nice but the system they use here is indirect. The cars are not worth the asking price. Most cars are too high in mileage for the price they ask. So if you insured that vehicle you will never get
