I was surprised at my experience here. The people are nice but what sales person isnt. Its not okay to say you will fix something then turn around a few days later and put a "SOLD AS IS" form on the window of a car, because of a problem that was pointed out that was STATED it would be fixed if the car was bought, so instead of actually fixing the problem a "SOLD AS IS" form was slapped on, so that the price is non negotiable, also they know the longer the car sits on the lot the more money they lose. Thats dishonesty thats not okay. So now the car is sitting there as someone elses problem.(whom so ever decides to purchase it-non specific about the car) Im not a mechanic but ive always been told A LEAK ONLY GETS WORSE the longer its not fixed.

They were polite, they worked with me as far as the amount of money I had and put me in the car of my satisfaction. I would recommend them to any and everybody that is looking to purchase a car. The staff and the owner were very good to me and helped me out a lot. Ive had my car for almost 3 months and Ive had no problems. I didnt actually purchase from michigan motors-per say, but I bought a 540i BMW from one of the employees that WORK for Michigan Motors.... It was a 15 year-old USED vehicle, it wasnt perfect, but what do you expect?? Very friendly and understanding, willing to work with my concerns, and I was able to drive away hassle and haggle free with a decent car that is still drivable while I put money into it and fix it back up to par... Im very pleased he was so understanding when out family was desperate for cheap, reliable transportation!!

This place is not trustworthy. My husband and I bought a passat. While driving it home the check engine light came on. Within a week of the purchase we had to take it to four different places to get fixes and eventually was told the transmission was slipping and the fluid lines were leaking. It is now immobile and were trying to figure out what to do with it. This trouble could have been prevented if the cars salesmen would have been honest and told us that there were issues with the vehicle.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! Just bought a car a week ago and now im stuck with a pile of junk because the engine is not functional. Salesman sold me a car that they knew had problems and I went to a dealership and it had been check for the same problem. They will lie through their teeth to sell you a car and once you buy it theyll hide behind the "AS IS" papers. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM DOING WORK WITH THESE CON ARTISTS.

DONT I repeat DONT buy a car here!!!!! Purchased a car with the reviews Michigan auto sales posted stated transmission runs like new.... The transmission ran like new for 31 days just after warranty expired!!!!! Out of $2200 transmission repair and no help or assistance from dealership I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!!!!! Spend your money at a reputable dealership you may pay more but you get what you pay for !

I dont think they do anyrhing to these cars. Most lits will wash, clean the inside or do so low level mechanical checks. I dont think they do anything. Test drove a car, it was filthy. It also, pulled to the right. When I told sales guy that car pulled, he said, "Maybe it needs air in the tire". Thats not my job to determine, its his. Disappointed.

Spoke with Mike on the lot, bought a car here. On the way home the check engine light came on. It was a sensor issue. Got that fixed for 500 bucks only to have the entire transmission slip on us. Spent 3500 to have a car for three weeks. This place has for ever shaken my trust with any car salesman.

Just left there and drove up from the south side to look at a car only to find out that it was sold. Oddly it still shows on the site though. Update your websit if you are not going to respond via email or phone! Wasted my time!

We purchased an Audi 2005 from them just a couple of weeks ago. The timing belt broke yesterday which left me stranded and we had to have it towed home. It now needs a new engine. We havent even received the plates for it.
