I have had an overall excellent experience with Augusta Motors. They have been very friendly, communicative and overall helpful with any issues that I have had in purchasing a vehicle. The vehicle is in good condition and lives up to the expectations I had of the dealership. We had only a few days to purchase a vehicle and I had no credit history, and so being able to work with a friendly, understanding dealer who was willing to provide "buy here, pay here" service was important. Even more importantly, they offer buyers the opportunity to take their vehicles on a 24-hour test-drive. This is more than enough time to get your vehicle inspected and ensure that its in good condition. The only downsides to this dealership is that they dont provide CarFacts in-house and that being a "buy here, pay here", their interest rates are high. However, if you have bad credit, are in immediate need of a vehicle, or are just shopping around for friendly, dependable service, Augusta Motors may be just the place for you. A definite A+. Would do business again.

I can say that in the beginning it was rough.. The car that I was supposed to buy needed a transmission but they did switch my truck out and gave me one that I was comfortable with. I can say that overall I have had a good experience with them. They worked with me on several occasions to where I was able to make my situation better... I do at times fell the payments are a little high but instead of a 4 or 5 yr car payment it was 2 and I am almost paid off.... Thank you for working with me !!!!!!

dealer piece of sh......... all the cars that the sell there came from a junk lot (this info was gave to me from a friend used to work there and know the inside out from this business) they fix them and sell them as new please be careful with these people since they wont care after they got your money they will never loose a penny they preferred to loose a customer. Plus they will go out of business soon the have really big problems of all kind.

They slod us a junk car, they did not let us inspect the car enough they were pushy. Two days after we gave them all we had as saving $1700 cash, the engine was frozen and they didn t want to listen to anything... Stay away from them.
