This places sucks. If youre going to go to any express auto I would go to the Kalamazoo store. At least there they talk to you anytime you call or go in. I bought my car from the Kalamazoo store and for a year had great service. My car needed some work and the niles store had a service spot open the next day so I went there. My car has been there for 9 weeks now and only 1 person answers the service department phone, Paul, and thats about 10% of the time, he never calls you back and is completely rude especially if youre just calling to see whats wrong with your car. I called for 1 week straight before finally getting an answer at the end of that week. First the transmission they ordered was "strapped down too tight and the casing cracked" so they ordered a second. After the second Trans was in it was sent to a Ford dealer in Mishawaka to be reprogrammed. After that there was still a problem with the trans and apparently my back wheels were locked up. It was sent back to niles where is sat for 2-3 weeks before being sent to benton harbor for more trans work where is sits now. I didnt mind thats it has been taking so long but more that Paul never calls you back and wont give you a straight answer about anything if he doesnt cuss you put or hang up first.

I would not buy a car from this place way over priced cars are junk they get them from Craigslist and auctions for very cheap they do not go and inspect them they dont care as long as they get there money they was gonna try and sell me a 2005 jeep liberty with 180k on it for $13k hah I was laughing I kbb that car a Private seller its only worth $1100 and a dealer should only sell it for $1500 yeah goes to show you that places like are out for your money then the lady was like well it comes with a 36 month warranty big deal so they think they got you when they say that just have to watch for those things they would sell a lemon to there blind grandma pretty sad people are aloud to rip people off like that. And that was the only car they could give me so can you image what those other cars are worth. Hell you better off getting brand new car so think twice before you go to this place. Or any other place like this.

I tell everyone not to use this place. If youre that hard up it would be better to go to Quick Auto (thats pretty bad). The cars are not great, the car payment is outrageous, and the customer service is horrible. I have had my check engine light (in addition to a multitude of other issues) on since the day after I purchased my vehicle (September 2015) and it has yet to be resolved. The sales people will disassociate themselves from their service center and will not assist you once they made a sale. They do not follow up with you when you have a complaint, they promise calls back yet the manager Jorge will never make an outbound call to an unhappy customer, and if you post dissatisfaction on their social media page they delete it and block you. Very unprofessional and not willing to assist the customer. Find somewhere else to go!

Shady! We have a vehicle thru them, they are refusing to stand by their warranty and fix warranty problems by saying it was involved in an accident. Id like to know when I was involved in an accident. To make matters worse they gave us a loaner car which they obviously did not do standard maintenance on because here we are with a broken wrist bruised ribs and bruises and scratches all over because the brakes failed! Oh did I mention that they have known they werent going to fix our vehicle and decided not to tell us and just let it sit on their lot broke down. So here we are no car and medical bills up to our throats. What a great place to go.

I paid $18000 for a vehicle that had a high end blue book value of $8000 compound that with a 23% in treat rate and the car cost as must as a house. 3 weeks after my purchase the exhaust fell off at which time I discovered the floor boards were completely rotted away. 4 more weeks fighting to get them repaired with no luck so I let it be repossessed. They did however report to my credit that the repossession was settled. And the vehicle was back on the lot for some other sucker the day after it was picked up from me

Went there today to just look around and price some car options for the future. Some guy came out and started following me before I got out of the car. He just stared at me and followed me, never said a word. Creepy, unnerving, awkward. Even worse, they dont have any prices on any cars. I wont buy a car without a price.

Car prices are way too high since it is for people with bad credit. I bought a car from them 4 years ago and in the first two months found out somebody had removed the air conditioning compressor and they did not tell me. However it has been a good dependable car

Only reason it got one star was 0 was not an option. Bait and switch advertising, they say 0 down then after all said and done its 1000 down. Cars selling for twice what Kelley Blue book is and they have all been damaged. Run a carfax on them. Unethical at best

I thought the staff was very helpful in helping my son make a good decision in the choice of an automobile. Their strongest point was helping him choose a car that he could afford & not one he would end up losing because his cash flow wouldnt be there.
