Run Away!!!! I recently went there to test drive a car, and I was shocked at how terrible the customer service was and the condition of the car. I called ahead to make sure the car was available, but when I arrived to test drive the car was out of gas. Instead of quickly heading over to the gas station for me, the salesman just gave me some money to fill up the car. I had to ask for directions, since I wasnt familiar with the area, and it wasted a lot of my time. I was shocked that they actually wanted me to fill up the car. Talk about horrible service!!! If you are looking at a from here, make sure you have to looked over by a mechanic. I took it to a nearby garage and within 5 minutes the guy found 3-5 major things wrong with the car (a bad oil leak, drive belt that was almost broken, etc). The car had low mileage and they said it ran fine, but the mechanic was shocked at how bad of condition it was in. I drove straight back to the dealer and said I wasnt interested. They pressed me as to why (also very annoying), so I let them know the list of things wrong with the car and they acted shocked. Just a few minutes under the hood and the mechanic found major problems, which makes me think they are very dishonest about the condition of the cars. I would not return to this dealer ever.

So its been a month after we purchased a used vehicle for our daughter and I wanted to wait before I wrote a review. Understanding when purchasing a used automobile there are some risks involved. First I want to say that the staff on site was "Great" very helpful and upfront with all of our questions, and for it being a Saturday I felt they met all of our needs. Second, we did ended purchasing a vehicle that exact same day, and again fully knowing the risk in buying used, never the less I took the vehicle into the manufacture dealership the following week had it inspected, ended up having to replace the "high pressure" hose on the power steering but overall the vehicle was in "Great" conditions. A wonderful car buying experience! I came in with a bit of trepidation, as I normally purchase used cars from people I know. The staff was extremely helpful and no pressure. They were willing to answer all of my questions, of which I had a lot. I am very satisfied with the vehicle I purchased there for a very reasonable price. I had a slight issue with a window regulator about a week after the purchase. But they were incredibly responsive! I drove the car in that same day and the mechanic in house fixed the problem with no questions asked. I will definitely be referring my friends here if they are looking to purchase a car from a dealer.

Greatest place to buy a car in indianapolis, I have bought 3 cars here. And each time was very satisfied with the service that I got. The last time the sales manager was super helpful and I would have to say that I cannot ask for anything more from them. They were literally the best experience I had buying a car. There were a few other places that I had stopped and looked when I was searching last time and between the attitudes and trickery. I ran back to indymotors and bought my car from them again because they have taken care of me so well in the past.

First saw the car online with more than enough pictures. When i came to the dealer to see it in person it was just as described and pictured. Wonderful overall car buying experience.
