Purchased a used 2011 Sonata with 54k miles in June 2017. Dealer had below average price for the mileage of the vehicle, so I was satisfied with the price. Dealer gave me a Carfax and repair order. Per R/O record, dealer had installed 4 new tires, changed air filters, did an alignment, changed burned out brake lights, etc. The tires were obviously new, so that was fine. I didnt notice on the test drive but after a few days driving the car I noticed that the car was pulling to the right, so I knew the alignment was off. I called the service dept and informed them the alignment was performed there less than 30 days before I purchased the car and asked to see if they would check the alignment and they said they would do a diagnostic check. The car was pulling to the right and I could not come in during the week, so I had Firestone take care of it. The alignment printoff Firestone gave me was way out of factory spec before they corrected the alignment (I knew it was). I called Wilson Hyundais Service Dept to notify them that maybe their alignment machine is off, or that the tech did not properly correct it when it was performed, the lady in the service dept tried to put the issue onto me saying that I probably hit a pothole, hit a curb etc. She did not want to hear about a possible issue with her tech or the alignment machine. Any decent alignment shop will warranty their alignment for at least 30-60 days, but not here I guess. UPDATE: 2011 Sonata has known issues with alignments, non centering steering wheel, etc. I even found a service bulletin regarding this. The service advisor should have known this information. Also the tech supposedly changed the brake light per the r/o, that was not done. I changed both lights myself, always replace in pairs. The engine air filter was changed per the order, and yes it was done, but poorly. The air filter box was full of bugs, leaves, pebbles, etc. (normal debris from driving) all of which were all over the new air filter. Vacuumed out the air box and changed the filter, which is something the tech at Wilson Hyundai should of done if he cared at all about the work (s)he was doing. My salesman, Andrew L., was the only bright star other than the car. He was very thorough, knew all the specs on the car, etc. I highly recommend him. The finance manager, Ken, NOT so much. I went in early on a weekday, made the offer and submitted all information on the deal. He did not even have the decency to meet me or even say hello upon finance app submission. Ok not a big deal, but when I met him later, I asked him why he didnt meet me earlier and he stated that he was swamped, nice excuse, but I didnt buy that. I could see him easily earlier that day and he was not swamped. Then when we entered his office to sign the papers, he had automatically added GAP insurance and a service warranty. The cars price was about 10k and he wanted to added GAP for $900 and a service contract for $1800, about 30% of the sale price of the car. I immediately rebuked his automatic BS and told him we did not want any of that. His did not like that and still tried to sell me these products and that we are taking all the risk by declining them and that he would only make $300 on them, I still declined these coverages, he was visibly upset and I informed him that this was a business transaction, that we were not friends and that we would not be hanging out afterwards. We were talking about my money, while he was acting like I was spending his. His customer service skills are poor at best IMO. If I ever buy another car from Wilson Hyundai, or if you are considering buying a used car there, make sure you check everything on their reconditioning order, and ensure it was done, and done properly if possible, especially if performed by Tech 108.

Andrew at Wilson County Hyundai made car shopping hassle free. My mom was just in a accident and her car was totaled so we had to look for a new car. We were undeciding on if we wanted to get a used or new car because she was not expecting the added expense. We went around to a few places and where looking for Hyundais. We have had excellent luck with Hyundai we had a 2004 Sonata that had 239,000 miles and is still going and a 2008 with 260,000 miles until it was totaled, neither Sonatas had any problems mind you. We did find a few nice used cars but she really liked the 2016 sonata that we looked at at another dealership but their customer service was lacking. I got online and was looking at other dealerships to see what they had to compare prices. While I was on Wilson County Hyundai website it said would you like to talk to a salesman, so I clicked on it, and Andrew answered, mind you it was 10:30 at night. He was really helpful on the text messaging and answered my questions. So we decided to go look at a couple of different dealerships and look at cars the next day. On our way to Wilson County Hyundai we called the other dealerships to get an idea of what their customer service would be, and deals they could give us.We were not impressed from the phone calls, but were still going to go check them out because we wanted the best price. Cool Springs offered Costco membership pricing which Wilson County did not. When we got to the Wilson Cty dealership Andrew already had the car we were looking at online right out front ready for a test drive as soon as we got there. We were not sure, that one rode different than the one we test drove the other day. Andrew said we can look at as many cars as we would like to find one we liked. We ended up test driving 3 sonatas and because he was so patient and the other dealerships did not return our calls, we decided to go with Andrew. He was very patient and helpful answered all of the question we asked him. All of the staff was very nice and helpful as well. I highly recommend this dealership especially Andrew because he is the one that went above and beyond. We found that we got the best price with very little negotiating. This is the dealership I will be referring my family and friends too. It is worth the drive for their customer service.

This is highly recommended place for the ones who wanted to by a Hyundai. This dealer is the best when compared with Cool Springs and Downtown Hyundai. Firstly let me start with an Agent, Andrew Jr Lacey: I spoke with Andrew in phone call and he explained each and everything in detail that no one do it. He simply explains everything (quarries, doubts etc.) about the car that we wanted to buy but he never force/motivate us to buy a car(plus points for it). I was greatly admired with his excellence in attitude, behavior and commitment towards work. Wilson County Hyundai should feel proud for having him. When it comes to Wilson County Hyundai, They are the best so far I seen. As far as I know they never play back and forth games with customers. I also spoke with Wayne during paper work, he is such a sweet heart. The paper work process is pretty quick and simple when you deal with Wayne. I like him too. Plus points, Wilson County Hyundai is the best place for test drives, they offer us more miles to drive but no other dealers offer it.
