If you want a used car dealer that makes up their own rules, this is the place for you. Truck purchased 4/10/10. Today is 5/7/10, and still no title. And they "are usually about 3 weeks behind the deal", leaving less than 10 days for it to be mailed, processed by the lienholder, and for me to get the truck registered. The drive out tag is only good for 30 days. I guess they are ok with having their customers being sited for expired tags.

I dealt with many used car dealerships when I was looking for a vehicle. I ended up buying a Ford Taurus from E-1 in August, 2014. I feel that I got a great deal on the car and it is still performing very well. The customer service was great, and I recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a good used vehicle. E-1 auto does an exceptional job of working with you. I contacted them last week about a truck, and they were quick to respond and work with me. They were able to get me in the truck I wanted with very low miles. Brent did a wonderful job as my point of contact, and sales person.... He was very personable, and outright....
