Im not usually one to grouse about service -- having worked in the restaurant industry in high school and college Im sympathetic to how tough the job can be -- but Ive had two very poor experiences. In both cases I popped in to grab some hookah shisha, and in both instances I was more or less ignored. The first time wasnt too bad, and I assumed the worker (owner?) was in the back stock area behind the counter and maybe didnt see me. The second time I waited at the counter for at least 15 minutes while three other customers came in, went to a back room, and were talking and joking with one of the workers there. Does the shop only operate for friends and family? Do I need to explicitly ask for service? If so you need to let customers know this. I wont be returning to Off the Wall again.

Was recommended this store by the owner of the vape shop across the plaza. First of all, the staff is awesome. I dont know why all of these people are whining about Josh and the "expensive glass". And second, as someone from Florida, the pipes are not expensive at all and are pretty high quality pieces. Everything is moderately priced for what it is. Josh isnt the friendliest person but hes knowledgeable and had a full on conversation with my boyfriend about his cars. I wasnt expecting a full on "HI WELCOME TO OFF THE WALL" rainbows and sunshine welcome. I love this store. Incense selection is excellent and if youre a smoker, Id definitely give the back room a peak. I last visited the store a month or two ago with my boyfriend and will be coming back in the future. Great little place.

Been to this place multiple times, tried to give it a chance and never had a good experience. The employees are very rude and ignore you. They were constantly on their phones and it seemed like I (the PAYING customer) was second priority to their phones. Also, the prices are outrageous. I have read all the reviews for OTW and it seems like the owner is making excuses for their employees instead of trying to fix the problem (the employees). Now I will be driving a longer distance to spend my money elsewhere and Im glad to do it. Everybody has a bad day now and then but when you work with the public that is not okay. Leave your problems at home it should not effect my experience at this business. But it has on more than one occasion, so no more.

May 31st 2016 10:00 Staff, Josh I believe his name was so rude right from the beginning. Refused to let me talk to the own of the store. He quoted me 50 dollars for a 12 dollar piece. Told me I could buy it else where since I told him that that price was outrageous. So I headed downtown to, "smoke rings" downtown Knoxville. 1705 Cumberland Avenue Ill be sure to let my friends know where they can post their comments too. Considering they have been unhappy with the service they been provided as well... What I am mostly upset about it is the fact that I ask for someone that runs things and was denied told that they where to busy to deal with me.

Was in a couple of weeks ago with my boyfriend and stocked up on incense, which I love just how much they have to offer. Also bought some glass and other products as we dont live in Knoxville so we try to stock up here every time we come in, and the customer service was great. I dont remember his name, as I am horrible with names lol, but he was friendly with us both and provided great customer service. Love Off The Wall and they have been great to me for many years.

They sell "water pipes" for "tobacco use only". I wonder if when they legalize marijuana here theyre gonna be like "IT WASNT FOR TOBACCO USE WE FOOLED YOU HAHA". Oh well, until then here I am smoking my "tobacco" out of a 3 foot glass "tobacco water pipe"

These folks are great! They know their stuff. No pressure and no bias. The environment itself was clean and well organized. Shout out to Bogey for taking care of us and answering our questions. Anytime Im in Knoxville this will be the shop I visit.

Checked other hookah shops and they were the only shop in town that had a multi hose hookah and at a great price. Staff is very knowledgeable about what they are selling. Only shop Im going to from now on for all my hookah needs.
