I have been coming to this shop since they converted to a vape/smoke shop. There prices were initially great but when they became better known the prices skyrocketed. Recently I recommend my girlfriend to go and by a mod and tank from them. When she started having issues with the device we went back to see if we could get an exchange a day later. We were told no all sales are final. The situation got worse. The owner tries to troubleshoot the problem by taking the device and went behind the counter. He put new batteries in the device and worked on it while we shopped around. After 15 minutes he hands us back the mod and says theres nothing wrong with it and just deal with the manufacturer. We agreed to work with the manufacturer and he gave us a opened bottle of his cheapest e liquid that he opened to test the mod. We never asked him to do that and he did this on his own accord while troubleshooting. Ok heres what happened. He forgot to remove the batteries he used to test the mod and gave it back to us. Then we left. We noticed a week or two later that he had forgot to take his batteries back. I was on business out of town and had not returned for a couple months. Today I went in to buy his over priced e-liquid and thats when the problem started. He told me in a very unprofessional tone that I owe him for the batteries and the e-liquid. At first I didnt realize what he was talking about but then I put two and two together. There were other customers in the shop and I felt very uncomfortable. I told him that it was his fault for not removing the batteries and should except partial if not full responsibility for the confusion. We did not put those in there!!! He replied that I was dishonest and never makes money on me. I have spent soooooo much money in there on devices, e-juice, Kratom, and other stuff too. Not only will I not pay him now but he also lost a great customer. Do yourself a favor and go to a real/reputable vape shop and save yourself the headache of dealing with his poor business practices. Terrible experience to say the least!!!

This smoke shop is amazing! They have everything a local smoke shop should have from e-liquids to hookahs and much more. The employees are very kind and they know what they are talking about when it comes to the products that they are selling. I have been coming to this specific smoke shop for about two years now. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great smoke shop in Suwanee.

I havent been there yet but about to head there now. The reason Im giving them a five star rating is because I literally just called them to ask what time they closed. The guy who picked up the phone answered: "We dont close. We never close." The best answer I have received to my question ever. Until the day I go and feel that this place doesnt deseve my rating, it will stay at 5 stars.

The people here are amazing and really know how to sell their product. I came here because a friend told me this is the best local place to buy my vape. i now have an amazing box mod and the easiest access to the best flavor juices on the market. ever heard of Unicorn Milk e-juice? its really freakin good, they have alot of it and many more

Great customer service. My boy Hassan has the best deals in town. The choices are phenomenal and the shop is well maintained. If youre a frequent customer, hell even throw in a couple more deals to repay your loyalty. Hassan is the nicest guy and I always enjoy my visit. Definitely recommend it

Their bathroom is extremely dirty. The staff are rude. If your not into customer service and a pleasant experience the good news is they have plenty of bongs, pipes, detoxing substances and etc.
