Arrived at the shop as a first time customer and new to the vaporizer. The sales attendant found what I needed . When everything was agreed on I was cashed out. My bank account was charged, but did not go through on there system.I did not get to take the product I was charged for . The sales attendant also continued to say very loud that my card was declined so everyone in the store can hear . I showed the attendant my bank statement that the money had been withdrawn but continued to say my card was declined. They made a mistake that cost me to be without the product and have to wait 48 hours for my money to go back into my account. This is not a good first impression , and I will not shop there in the future.

I love Elite Smoke Shop - I get all of my glassware from here. Yes, some of their pieces are cheap Chinese imports, but the guy working at the counter was upfront about their lackluster quality and pointed me to several wonderful pieces of remarkable craftsmanship. The guy at the counter knocked off $40 from the bill because I bought more than one item. The selection isnt great, but the prices are right, the customer service is on point, and with a little searching you can find some great pieces. I will return again soon, and recommend this place to all my friends.

Didnt catch the girls name unfortuneatly cause she was cute... but she was very knowlegable helping me pick out my first RDA. She also helped me with which prewrap coils i should get with it too... all in all a fantastic visit. I drive all the way from West Milton, OH which is about 30 min away just cause they are so great.

Taylor, helped me find a vape that was to my needs. And what I wanted and took her time and really helped me by explaining the differance in all the different types of mods, batteries, and tanks. Hands down the best place yet. They have all the flavors of juice you want.

Hey, these guys are on the level, I purchased a vaporizer from here and it turned out to be a counterfeit model, However, they replaced it with a legit model with no hassle, along with a believable apology, excellent friendly customer service!

Purchased a vaporizer and got home to find out it had come with a factory bad battery, was able to contact the manager and she was very helpful in replacing the product, 5 stars for being awesome at customer service!

People are nice but not happy with the products. Bought a wide mouth clay bowl for my hookah that broke almost instantly after putting foil on, very upsetting since I didnt get to use it at all.

Not real glass... put stickers on them to make them look legit. Fake glass wouldnt recommend also prices are stupid.
