I walked into this store about 6 months ago in December with my daughter n law looking for a gift for my son. The service from Omar was outstanding that day and I have been a faithful customer since. Business owners Do Not have to give excellent Customer Service.. But Omar took the time with us answered all of our questions and my son absolutely loved his gift. Since then I have recommended several of my friends as well as myself and everyone is So Impressed with the Super Customer Service and Products... Thanks Omar for the Great Service To Your Clients... We came in just today for the first time, and right off the bat the entire store was already significantly cleaner than the Hookah Hookup that used to be down the street. There was a much larger selection of shisha, as well. The owner was wonderfully polite, friendly, and helpful - like that one really cool uncle everyone wishes they had. While we came in for coals - which turned out to be roughly a dollar cheaper than what we were used to paying elsewhere - I honestly dont think Ill be going anywhere else for hookah supplies ever again.

He had great recommendations and didnt seem bias toward any 1 brand (although he carries a good variety).
