Being a non-smoker I went in there with a friend just mainly to see about a 0% Nicotine Menthol Vapor for my throat, not only do they have that, but I learned all about the 0% nicotine flavored liquids & the different vaporizer setups. Went back & got my wife and I a couple of decent starter/basic setups (2x "Eleaf iStick basic")... got crap from her for a little bit when I got home before she agreed to try the one I got her. Now I keep messing with her, telling her to give it back so I can take it back since she "dont want it". So happy with the service, information, & prices. They even walked me through the setup of my first vaporizer & the "dos & donts", I bought extra coils, extra tanks. & plenty of fluids, and thought I wouldnt be going back anytime within the week, but now my wife wants to try other flavors... So I guess Ill be bringer her in there with me next time. So, even if your a non-smoker, a former smoker... or even if your allergic to cigarettes, like I am, give it a try. The variety of flavors is awesome, you can even mix them together to make your own. & like my wife, being that she is breast feeding and cant have as much coffee as shed like because of the caffeine, the coffee and cappuccino flavors are an awesome alternative, and the vapor isnt at all harmful to our daughter. All and all, Im glad they didnt treat me like an idiot or give me the cold shoulder just because I didnt know anything about vaping, otherwise I would have walked out of there empty handed, and never returned. My wife and I have been here twice, and we were both impressed by the selection and the employees. Our first visit was to buy a birthday gift for my wife (its what she wanted). Megan was extremely patient with us, was nice enough to teach us what we needed to know, and helped us choose the perfect setup. Lucas was also very patient and helpful while we were picking our juices. By the time we walked out of there, which was probably 3 hours later, my wife and I were both born-again vapers. I never thought I would be quitting smoking that day, but I did, and I am glad I did. The second time was today. We had some questions and concerns about our gear (iStick PICOs), and we wanted to buy more juice. Brad and Anthony were both extremely knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming. They both seemed to have our best interest in mind, which is seemingly very rare these days in most industries. During our visit, they were not only kind enough to resolve our concerns, but had the forethought to thoroughly explain how to troubleshoot for ourselves next time. They just genuinely seem like nice people. IN CONCLUSION, if youve been thinking about quitting smoking, vaping could literally change your life, and this place would be an excellent choice.

The most helpful staff out of every vape store Ive been in. My wife and I are new to vaping and the staff at Saffire seriously hooked us up. Always friendly, super helpful and attentive. I called and ask about prices for a replacement glass for my tank and they went as far as ringing it up and telling me what it would be exactly. Their juice is top notch at decent prices and Ive yet to have them tell me they did not have something in stock. Best in town in my opinion.

Staff is great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Have a good selection of products modz, accessories, and flavors with a tasting bar. Also will have holiday themed flavors related to whichever holiday is near. Bought my 1st mod here. The gentleman that helped my wife and I was very helpful. He was patient and explained everything, since we were newbies. A+
