Probably my favorite Starbucks in the greater Nashville area. I go here a lot, usually every other Wednesday between classes. Seating is good, but it can be hard to get an actual table during a peak time. I think theyve only messed my order up once in the several times Ive been here. Nice place to sit in the back away from the counter and door, so you dont have to feel the cool air when people come in and out. Also has a nice patio, but I never use it because it seems to always be pretty chilly or really hot when Im there. Frappuccinos are my favorite treat. Iced skinny mocha, or awake tea when Im going light but want some good caffeine.

Today was one of the worst days of customer service I have ever seen. Put my order in and there was only one other person who had put a drink order in. So, there was one person working the window, one person attaining orders, one person filling all the sweetness, but not recognizing the people who were waiting. Another person was bringing, rubber mats in, another filling coffee machine, but no one filling an order. 10 minutes to fifteen minutes waiting before I said something about waiting on customers. Best bet is to go to the Starbucks at Andrew Jackson. They care about customer service

The customer service is pretty frickin good for being mainly hipsters, the coffee though. Let me just put it this way, my latte tasted like hot water with a hint of cinnamon. I thought maybe it was just my coffee, so I tasted my friends Mocha. It tasted like hot water with a hint of chocolate. Basically the coffee is watered down. Next time Ill take my cute butt to McDonalds for way better coffee at half the price.

I shouldnt write this review because then everyone will want to go there and I wont be able to enjoy the best Starbucks ever. Outside seating is wonderful(although people like to use this as the smoking section, so if that bothers you, hope they sit down wind). Baristas are friendly and quick. Coffee is good as always. But you should try other places and leave this place to me!

Love this Starbucks! (Which is a good thing, because its one of the ONLY coffee shops around here!) The staff is always really friendly and the service is usually pretty quick. I almost always order inside, as the drive-thru tends to take awhile when its backed up. Its a great place to study and has a nice little covered outdoor seating area too!

Seriously need more room in the parking lot for the drive thru. It wraps around and blocks the entrance which you stay back to avoid blocking and then someone pulls into the entrance from the opposite corner and slides into the spot in front of you. And so on and so forth until you finally decided to block all the entire parking lots traffic.

I have had nothing but good service here. The first time I went wasnt too long ago and the guy, Dan, I think was his name. He was very sweet and helped me decide what I want and even explained all the sizes and was very patient even though it was busy. Great drinks and great place to just meet and hangout.

I work at a Starbucks, so I know its annoying to have to clean out the blenders, but when I get a Green Tea Frap I dont like to have the last persons java chip pieces in my drink. Maybe rinse your blenders a little longer? Very annoying, and definitely not a onetime occurrence.

Ive been to this place only twice now, and BOTH TIMES I have ordered, paid, and had to be refunded because they were out of something. This last time I ordered on the mobile app wasted my time stopping for nothing. Terrible management.

Great place to hang out! Our knitting group "Yarn Over Coffee" meets here every Sunday from 2 - 6 pm. If you knit or crochet, or would like to learn, come stop by and enjoy a great cup of coffee with us as we knit!

The staff is always helpful. We went in one night and I wanted a decaf coffee but they were out so they made me a french press decaf for the same price. Another plus is the HUGE outdoor seating area.

I dont hate this Starbucks! They have friendly baristas who make good drinks.... thats all I want! They arent smug, lack the superiority complex, dont suck at making drinks. Its that simple folks!

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. Sometimes I stop by before working my night shift. The staff go the extra mile and call me "friend." They make going to work a little sweeter.
