DONT GO TO THE DRIVE THRU DURING RUSH HOUR MORNING OR EVENING BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WORK ARE CLUELESS. THE DRIVE THUR GUY TELLING ME TO GO AHEAD WITH MY ORDER THEN INTERUPTS ME AND SAYS HE IS WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER. THEN HE IS WANDERING ABOUT TAKING OTHER PEOPLES ODERS INSTEAD OF FOCUSED ON MY ORDER. THEN SEEING FOUR OTHER WORKER BEES FLITTER ABOUT LAUGHING AND STANDING ABOUT IN THE WAY OF THE DRIVE THRU GUY. SO NO ONE IS WORKING TO FOCUS ON THE CUSTOMER. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A QUALITY CHAIN (NOT IN GALLATIN), ON TOP OF THAT HE NEVER OFFERED ME MY RECIPT NOR NAPKINS FOR THAT B.S. NEW BREAKFAST SANDWICH THAT LEAKED AND SPRAYED MY SCRUBS AND SEAT. 13 MINUTES OF MY LIFE NEVER TO BE RECOVERED AND THE SOME BIMBO CALLING ME NAMES BECAUSE IT TOOK TO LONG FOR MY ORDER. WTF BOYCOTT BOYCOTT BOYCOTT !!!!! CLUELESS AND MORONIC IDIOTS WHO DO NOT KNOW THE VALUE OF TIME THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU.

If it was possible to leave negative 5 stars, I would. The Gallatin Starbucks is the worst one Ive been to. My drink never tastes right.. Its either scorched or watery, or they completely forget to put the espresso shots in. They never have whats on their menu u, and are always out of everything. They served me frozen pastries today (that I spent $15 on) and when I asked them to re-heat them, they claimed that they couldnt do that. Didnt offer to refund the $15.00 I just spent, just sent me on my way & in very rude tone said, "Have a great day!" Needless to say, this Starbucks is horrible and I really wish they would build another one in Gallatin. I drive all the way to Hendersonville most of the time just to avoid this Starbucks.

I used to be morally against Starbucks but this establishment changed my mind about the whole franchise. The staff in Gallatin are incredibly friendly and actually seem to care if they get your order right--which they will. I went there two days a week for two semesters straight and I dont think they ever messed up my order. Thats a pretty impressive track record to me.

Every Barista at this store is amazing. My experience at other Starbucks stores has been ok, but this store takes the mentality "when youre here, youre family" to the next level. Every other coffee place, Starbucks or not, is a let down. If 6 stars were available you guys would have earned them. Phenomenal store, everyone should go.

Better interior than most Starbucks, but terrible placement. The logistics of getting in and out are a nightmare. They should have paid extra and placed their store between Burger King and Taco Bell where there is actual parking and direct main road access.

I wish they would brew more than the Pike roast there is people out there that dont like the Pike and still want to drink coffee in the afternoon . The Pike is awful to me and I would love to have a good cup of coffee when I get off work. Theresa

Ive only been to this location twice, but both times the quality of service and product were excellent, exceeding my traditional expectations of this chain. Their WI-FI signal was incredibly strong and provided a very stable connection.

A great place to make friends and drink coffee with the feel of home. This store welcomes you with open arms . The manager and all employees respect you as a person not just a number. I have become close friends with some of them.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house and its usually my go to location. The wait can be a little long sometimes but the staff is very friendly. Also, the inside is bigger than most starbucks Ive seen.

The price of my coffee jumped to over a dollar and no one could tell me why. I will never spend $7.18 on a cup of coffee ever again. McDonalds hazelnut cappacino is just as good for half the price..

My simple order of coffee was completed without incident. This is probably the largest SBs Ive been to. I really like the space. Everything was clean and the staff seemed happy. (6:30pm on a Sunday)

Great coffee the only reason I give them a four-star instead of five-star is there prices are too high, if they would drop their prices about a dollar per cup definitely be a 5 star

The coffee was disgusting as well as the hot chocolate. I have never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks. My hot chocolate was not even mixed. My first sip I tasted powder....

Have had nothing but friendly and helpful service. Go here about once a week and while during rush hour may be a tad slow, still faster than making myself a pot at home!!

Cozy inside, hectic outside. Limited parking with poor parking lot layout. Be careful of patrons attempting to navigate. Good staff, prompt, friendly, accurate service.
