Currently waiting on my order and I can say the service Im receiving is less than inviting. The barista who took my order wasnt exactly rude but she was not at all friendly and barely spoke to me at all. No smiles from any of the three baristas working or any sort of conversation. No one asked my name for the cups and after I swiped my card the barista bent down to retrieve something from under the counter and didnt even indicate in any way that my transaction was complete. Its been over 10 years since I worked as a barista, either things have changed since then or this was hopefully an off day for this Starbucks crew.

Same problem as the other poster about their card reader constantly not working. The customer service at this store is awful, the worst is from the store manager. Wasnt going to complain, but after multiple bad experiences Ive finally had enough. Ill drive to the hickory hollow location before I ever go back to this one. If you can go anywhere else, avoid this one like the plague.

The baristas know what theyre talking about here. Walked up and was unsure of what i wanted to drink so all i said was i wanted a cold fruity drink. the guy recommended something that was "yogurty." I was kind of skeptical but I loved it! Im so sad i did not get the name of what it was called because i went to another Starbucks and they did not know what i was talking about :(

Service was spotty. Very busy. Coffee drink I ordered was kind of a mess. Order took forever. Seems like they were having issues getting drinks out. This does not meet the Starbucks standard. For that reason I would not recommend this place unless you just really want Starbucks.

So gross and slow that Im actually taking the time to post about it! Check out the picture of the overflowing trash I posted. 2 people working it shouldnt take 15 min for iced coffee with few people in line. Ive never been so disgusted at a Starbucks!

Of course the products are consistent with other locations. However, I will spend hours in here and not see any employees show any interest at all in the condition of the bar or floor, both of which are usually very messy.

I love this Starbucks. Its small but local and close by. They always get my orders right and together quickly. I pay and order with the app alot. Its one of my favorite places for a good coffee or tea.
