Terrible. Id do zero stars if it would let me. Often theyre not even open at the posted time 6:00. They almost never have anything ready; usually, only one tray of average donuts; the rest of the display - empty. I suspect they must be making a profit doing something other than selling donuts. Ive stopped in any where from 6:00 to 9:00; same thing; nothing but a few donuts on one tray. The location in Donelson, Lebanon Rd, is much much better; their display case is full. They even made a special order for me a couple of times for extra large fritters. Awesome, and very friendly.

Fairly regular customer here (1-2 times per week) over the last 6 months. Recently (last 2 or so months) Ive noticed the quality of the donuts become sporadic and unpredictable. Sometimes theyll be on par woth what I expect from Shipleys as I grew up eating it. A significant portion of the time, though, the bottom 10-15% of the donuts will just be a gross, bitter concoction of grease, dough and oil that makes even chocolate donuts unpalatable. Will keep giving it a shot and hope they improve standard quality. 5/5 when good, butnas of now its 3/5

I have had 3 experiences with this place and none that were great. The first time I arrived at 8 am and they were out of donuts. The second, I arrived at the same time and they so as they had donuts coming out of the oven and that it would be 2 min. 2 min turned into 20. The third time, I called at 7 am to order 2 dozen donuts and they said they couldnt have them ready until 8 because they were all out of donuts. They had been open for business since 5 am and had no donuts made. How is this place still in business?

Excellent! ! FAST, FRENDLY, and did I mention really good DONUTS! People who leave a 1 star because they are out of donuts are idiots. If you wanted a day old commercial donut go somewhere else that can afford to throw away hundreds of donuts a day just to make sure you get the donut you want at the time you want it. Your a moron! Go to walmart. How can they know when people will rush in and clean them out. By the way if I drove 30 min just for a donut I might just call ahead first.

GOT THERE AT 5:30AM BECAUSE THE SIGN ON THE DOOR SAID THEY OPEN AT 5AM. THE GUY SAID THEY OPEN AT 6AM. NOTHING WAS PREPARED BUT CHOCOLATE DONUTS. NO KOLACHES NO GLAZE DONUTS NOTHING. I TOLD THE GUY THAT HE NEEDS TO CHANGE THE SIGN ON THE DOOR TO 6AM IF THATS WHAT TIME YOU OPEN AND KERP THE DOOR LOCKED UNTIL THEN IF YOU CANT SERVE ANYBODY WHAT THEY CAME FOR THEN I LEFT.

*MY FAMILY LOVES THIS PLACE!!* We normally come in *ATLEAST* twice a month on Sundays between 730 - 8 am. Here lately, there has been just about NOTHING left! For being open til 1, you would think you would have enough to get you business until then. Please start making more so customers dont waste a trip...

This place is never open when the hours indicate. Its 10am on Sunday morning and theyre suppose to be open until 1pm. Either they didnt open or they closed early. Not the first time this has happened. Ive gone at 6:30am on a Wednesday morning and they werent open then either.

This location is beyond bush league. If you dont have a fully stocked donut display case right as soon as you open, you really shouldnt be in business. Dont know how in the world this location stays in business. Go to the donelson location. They are amazing

The donuts are great if they have any. I have been everyday for a week and every time (doesnt matter what time of day) they have zero variety. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. go to the location on Lebanon Pike. They are much, much better.

Never have apple fritters out of product by 6:30 when only open 30 min. I was even given phone number to call to have them made. I called they refused. My guys at work love fritters. I will have to find another place.

6:23am First employee walks in and flicks the lights on. Sign says opens at 6. Im betting no donuts for a good hour. My favorite donut place doesnt seem to care about selling their product.

Although I arrived 40 minutes before closing, the doughnuts were still fresh. The server recommended the apple fritter, and then gave me one to try. It was outstanding!

No doughnuts as always.6:15. Half the time they are not even open.Now when they are they dont turn the open sign on. Because they have nothing to sell but coffee.
