We go to this starbucks ALOT. Bought a 25 dollar cup from them and the lid wont come off so I called and told them and they said they would exchange it and give me a free refill. I couldnt go back that day cause I live in shelbyville and my grandfather had a massive heart attack and i told them that it wouldnt be that day (friday).We took it today (monday) they said they cant exchange without a receipt. The lady was very rude saying I was yelling and screaming at her and I wasnt!

HARLEY, KATHERINE, DAVID, ISABELLE and BRUCE created an inspiring and comfortable place for this traveling artist. Fast and friendly without transferring their urgency to the guest (me). Its been a very long time that a Starbucks has generated a friendly-local -neighborhood-coffeehouse vibe!!! They are a happy uplifting crew. I wish I could transfer all of them to my city, as the only Starbucks there is in a mall. Thank you MOLLY HARDING for being a good leader.

Ive been to this place so many times I cant believe Im just now getting around to reviewing it. Its a typical Starbucks. You can count on the coffee to be standard Starbucks fare. The employees are helpful and friendly, and the Wi-Fi is fast. I removed one star because its not easily accessible from the highway.

Come here pretty much every day as its the store nearest my home. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE my people here. Never can I recall not being treated with EXCELLENCE at this store...Well any Starbucks store in town really. But specially keen of my stores crew! THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!!

This location has seriously gone downhill. I stop 3-4 times a week. I always use mobile ordering so I dont need to wait. This morning my coffee was ready but I had to wait 20 minutes for food. Busy morning and they had only 3 people working. I going to find a new coffee shop.

People here are super nice always. Coffee drinks are well done and meet the Starbucks standard. Ive only had a couple of problems regarding the cups a while back. The cups would separate and leak coffee. Since then that issue seems to have been resolved.

Lady lost my business rushing me because we took 2 minutes to find out what we wanted so we left because we can 15 minutes before close so I hope you fire whoever was taking our order on 11/16 at close. Tell me if that happens then Ill start coming back.

I am a regular at the Starbucks on Church St and the people are so friendly there, and I have always gotten correct orders. This Starbucks is the friendliest one I have been in and will always be my favorite stop!

My family and I went in here often I have the gold card which means free refills on tea and brewed coffee yet at this store they charge extra for hot tea. Have not been back in months for this reason.
