The employees are great and the store manager is knowledgeable and will try to help in anyway she can. As for Verizon as a company - not so great! Very hard for customers and in-store employees to get anything done when issues arise due to their unwillingness to change their mistakes when it comes to one time charges and fees that I as a customer did not make.
