I went back to return a phone before the 14 day return limit. I asked for my service to be cancelled. The associate told me that he can refund the phone price but not the screen protector. I was ok with that. A couple of weeks later I received a bill from T-mobile for my service. Stunned I logged into my t mobile online account and it stated that my account was still active. When I returned the phone I had used less than I GB of data. Now my on line account stated that I had used almost 3 GB of data. I called customer service and they confirmed that data usage and that my account was still active. It turns out that the associate never called in to cancel my service and it also seems like someone was using data service off my line the whole time. I was also informed that they can refund the money for the screen protector. Lesson learned when canceling a service, call customer service later that day and confirm your service is cut off.

I am so very disappointed. Every i mean EVERY TIME I come to this store i wait for at least 45 minutes they say its a 20 minute wait 30 minutes later theres another 20 minute wait. Something needs to change go to pay a bill if i have to wait that long should get some type of credit. To to pick up a warranty phone that they called and said it was ready and get there and they say theres a 1 hour wait- you have to be kidding this store takes up so much of my time i have3 kids and having them wait for all these times its very sad. Everyone seems like they hate there job. And the Hispanic gentleman is the rudest out of them all. Dont recommend anyone go to this store location. Like i said only Hiram is like this i have been to about 12 different locations. Hiram is its own environment

Great store and awesome customer service. My wife and I were just at the Hiram T-Mobile store. The sales associates welcomed us as we walked in the door and asked how they could help us. Store Associate Twana helped my wife get a new phone that perfectly fit her needs. She also checked our T-Mobile data usage and suggested we go with a more cost effective plan which will save us money on a monthly basis. Twana was so friendly, personable, helpful, and of course professional. She provided exemplary customer service. My wife and I were very impressed.

This store is awsome i have always had a good experience with everyone! I wanted to take the time to write a review about Cory just becasue his customer service was amazing he was patient and pressitstant when i was in the store trying to purchase two phones and was having a problem with the account. We had to call customer service like 3-4 times Thank you guys :) Loving my Galaxys S8

Dont believe any of these bad reveiws. Had a very pleasant experience when I visited after work. They were busy but I did not have to wait long and they were expedient in there service. I dont have any names to mention specifically but had a lot of help in fixing a Sim card that apparently I did not know changed from a micro to a nano sim. Lol

Decent store. I had an associate get kind of tactical with me as far as what Im paying for. Most cell phone places usually do that, in my opinion it annoys the life out of me. But Im committed to "no contract" carriers so Ill deal with it.
