We ordered a replacement phone on a Tuesday and were expecting a phone on Wednesday, but this store typed our address wrong and it was sent back. Instead of redoing the order so we would get it before my sons trip, Verizon customer service tried to reroute it and swore it would get to us by Saturday. Since its now Friday and Im still trying to locate this phone, I was just informed they dont deliver on Saturdays. So no phone and no help. They did tell me I could purchase a new phone for a couple hundred dollars or buy one on Facebook instead of getting the free replacement for the faulty phone.

I am not one to give a bad review. However, today I feel one is needed. I took I phone in to get the camera fixed and the guy behind the counter ask me when I had reset it. I thought that meant turning everything off and restarting so I said two days ago, he then hands me my phone and says " we need to do an up-date, I said OK, ..... he hands me my phone and he did a factory reset without explaining what he was doing so guess who lost all of their pictures and videos of my son and daughter for the last 3 years. ABSOLUTELY heart broken! I would stay clear of this store!

The staff here are pleasant to work with and they are attentive, patient, knowledgeable as well friendly. People expect to pay nothing for smartphones, as well as premium service. Nothing is ever really free and you pay for what you get. I am a firm believer of paying more for a reliable network. If you want to pay less, then go to a network that is going to leave you hanging when you are out in the middle of no where. You will rethink twice on who you decide to have your phone service with the next time.

We have a business account with multiple users. One of our users went in to have their SIM card replaced because the phone would not work. They would not change the SIM card because the user was not an authorized agent. No hardware or plan changes were being made. They could have and should have accommodated this request. This store has a "you owe us mentality." I rarely receive good customer care. I hate going in this store.

any and every time you try to call this specific store it goes to an automated system. majority of the employees are rude , and the wait time is absolutely absurd! when reviving a new phone I had to drive to ooltewah because I did not want to deal with the problems that store has to offer. definitely would suggest avoiding this store, very unprofessional.

For me, no one is better. They are always friendly and I pretty much already know information because I research it online. I was even told I was well informed. Sprint for me was far worse! At&t did not even bother to help me, the guys there were more interested in catching up with each other than to make a sale. Verizon is #1 for a reason.

Went in there to to do. Trade in on phone. First sales rep told me I would leave there paying only 60 dollars with my device trade in of 300 dollars for a new iPhone 6s. Then a manager comes out to say they can do that anymore. They need to get all of their workers on the same page and stop telling/selling people two different pitches.

I went in to get a replacement for my old phone.I paid $27 for the phone.I asked the sales rep if that was for everything.The rep said yes.Then I found out three weeks later that it was only for the taxes. So I paid $50 that I was NOT told about.Poor sales representation. I dont mind the price.Just undercutting me on what to pay.

I dislike the way they do there greeter where you have to stop and give him your name and tell then what you want before you can see anybody. There never friendly I would buy more if it wasnt like that considering how rude they are. Only saving grace was one of the managers went above and beyond one time to help me

Ya is awesome! He stayed with us for almost an hour and was just awesome to work with! If you need anything from Verizon, I definitely recommend going to see Ya at the Verizon store in Cleveland! Also, Jim from the Winback Team helped us out and was extremely knowledgeable, we are happy to be back with Verizon!

WORST CUST SERV EVER ! ! No matter what number u call they dont give u the option to talk to an agent for account services. Had to go thru tech support. Even the "Live Chat" on the website wouldnt work. If i could go lower than 1 i would have.

Verizon wireless in general sucks.700 dollars in overages in one month on one line. B.s. and they arent willing to help even if you change your monthly plan. Not even a notification that youre going over. Sprint was so much better.

I had only went in to check out the latest phone, but the staff still did not miss a beat in greeting me with a friendly smile and helpful advice. If I ever switch to Verizon, this would be the store Id go to.

I dont have verizon phone service. I have AT&T. BUT my lady had to take her phone in to be checked. The staff there didnt know what they was doing and told her that her phone was ok.
