Weve been ordering D-batteries from Tri-State for a long time now, and their customer service, shipping lead time, and communication are phenomenal! Its like calling an old friend every time. They are personable, kind, and on top of it. We wouldnt order anywhere else. The batteries come packaged safely and arrive 225 miles away in usually only a day or two.
