Verizon has continually over charged me on monthly bills. No one can ever explain to me where extra fees come from. I cancelled a phone account there two months ago, and paid the last bill. Suddenly, Im being charged $306.28. I called to find out why, and have been on hold for an hour, literally an hour. This company is one huge thief. I will NEVER do business with them again as long as I live. I have successfully talked 5 friends into changing providers, and will continue to do so every day until this soulless, thieving company is driven out of business.

COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I walked in and got in line. Lots of workers there, but few were helping people. My line didnt move at all - they did randomly choose people who were milling about to help. Guess I didnt look right.

Wait times are extremely long usually, I dont know why I keep their service since other cell providers have put in so many new towers.

Always go to the store. They allow me to call ahead to cut down on wait time. Staff is snafus well informed and helpful.
