Waste of Money. I paid for a cracked screen repair. 2 days later the screen developed a crack without being dropped or even used much. I called to see what they could do and told them it crack. They said bring it by and leave it and the warranty would cover it. I called twice to confirm that if I bring the phone at opening, I could get it back the next day. My wife took off work, got to the store at 10AM, they said it would be 3:00 PM until they would know about the warranty. (not what they said on the phone) So we waited all day until 3:00. Guess what, the warranty wouldnt pay and neither would the owner. I could buy another screen and pay another fee. The owner should have made this right, but customer service doesnt mean anything to them. I wasted money and time. The guy clearly doesnt care about his work or his customers, and his word means nothing. Use the company at your own risks.

Three months ago I was jogging with my Galaxy S3 on the side of my hip.After I was done running I pulled my phone from my pocket an realized it was wet.I tried calling my wife an there was no sound coming from my phone.The next day I brought my phone to CELL PHONE REPAIRS AND MORE.i thought It was going too take for ever or i was going to have to come back the next day. Thank GOD it didnt. Mrs. Ciciely took ten minutes. That was the months ago. havent had a problem since. I recommend an tell everyone I know about this repair shop. Dropped my Android HTC smart phone at a concert SAT night & shattered the screen. Called MON morning & they had two glass screens in stock. Drove from Gwinnett & had my phone repaired within an hour of arrival. Compared to when my wife had hers repaired at CPR in Buford, thiis shop did a much better job in half the time, for $30 less bucks..Awesome!!

This cellphone repair shop has great customer service but is a very horrible business! Technician fixed my IPhone6 screen, and later messed up the phones motherboard. I still chose to go back and buy a different phone from them, and within a week that phone wasnt working!

My IPhone 5c had a cracked screen and broken LCD. CPG replaced my screen at the cheapest rate in the market and fast! The best deal for professional parts. I walked out with basically a new phone in 20 minutes.

Took a mostly functional phone in for what was supposed to be a one hour repair. A week later, I came back for a phone that wouldnt even turn on. My experience may be exceptional, but I wouldnt recommend.
