**Dont waste your time or money** Hugo or however you spell his name is down right awful!! He has awful customer service skills. Telling me things like "whatever maam" I said excuse me! You dont talk like that to me. Telling me my sons phone isnt activated, when it is and that he can activate it for $75 and again I repeat its activated already and he swore it wasnt if it wasnt sending it receiving calls. I was told that a new SIM card is $10 in the stores, but he is trying to sell it to me for $50. My sons SIM card is scratched badly and is not reading in the phone correctly. I have been on the phone with customer care about this issue many times, I took the SIM card out and put it back in and it will read for about 5 minutes. I asked for his managers name and her name is Miranda and he said Im more than welcome to call and report him that today is his last day. I said your customer service skills really suck and I walked out!!

Warning, dont step foot in this place. My wife was never given a receipt and I had a problem with my LG stylo 3. The speakerphone volume was muffled, so you could not make out what the other person was saying. I called about it, was told they would call back, never did. I go up today and am told their policy on the receipt, which my wife wasnt given, states they will only exchange within 3 days if its defective. The girl obviously knew it was as she gave me a number to call LG, and they would give a new phone. All I asked was to exchange the defective phone, and pay the difference! No upper management /owner will call me back. I promise to let everyone I know not to get near this place. My wife will do the same. Hope your stupidity is worth loosing hundreds of potential new customers.

This "store" is a joke. Ive been quoted prices wrong multiple times (but the manager says that we are confused). When I called the manager about it once he said hed call me and never called. Today I had a problem with my phone (after already going to the store) and I called the store and she didnt even try to help fix the problem, just transferred me to someones cell phone voicemail (IDK who but they dont call back either). My moms phone is a paperweight because they messed up syncing our accounts together. AVOID AT ALL COSTS (trust me it will cost you). FROM NOW ON I AM TAKING THE DRIVE TO NEWPORT OR CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE, itll be worth the gas money not to have to deal with these idiots!!!!

Everytime I walk in this store, I am greeted by the same friendly gentleman. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always answers every question. The store is very inviting and clean. It is easy to view every product, plan option, and phone option. I live 16 miles away from this store and there are definitly boost stores closer to me, but Ill drive to Florence everytime because of the great experience I have every single time I walk in. Im a little torn. My phone says my SIM card is not working and after reading all the reviews for the local Boost Mobile stores, I can say I am afraid to go to any of them. I guess Im going to take my chances at this location and keep my fingers crossed. Ill let you guys know how this goes.

Recommend purchasing elsewhere. I just walked in and dropped over $650 dollars to be treated afterwards like I should leave before making sure the phone works properly. Same service as all boost mobile which is great but horrible service.
