Henry assisted my wife and me with the pre-order of 2 iPhone 7s. I must admit that we did not have a positive experience when purchasing our 6s roughly two years ago but today was a complete 180. Most of the staff there have been excellent over the last 3 years. I did have one a few months ago who gave me incorrect information on a phone. I would NOT have purchased that particular phone had i been given accurate information. That is my only negative transaction so i am very pleased with them.
