Johnny Lowery at Verizon, Russell Cellular, has so much knowledge of iPhone and Samsung, it is beyond anyone I have ever known. He spent time to walk me through every step of setting up my Galaxy S7 to the point of being able to walk out with everything the way I wanted!! There is a very personal service, not offered through the local corporate Verizon store, that is priceless. Go to West Georgia Wireless on Bankhead Highway, Carrollton for service above and beyond!

Worst experience EVER! recently went in to the store and the first thing i noticed was all the tension. Angry customers ahead of me and the young lady handled the issues very distasteful. Wouldnt tell ANYBODY in carrollton about this location. Its only one star because i couldnt do none
