Had a very bad experience with them. At first the sales man told me that I would have to call my old provider to keep my number and made it sound like a really big hassle, so I lost my number then I had to pay for the insurance on the phones and was not told about the large deductible. Had more problems the next day and was just told to call someone else and she gave me a number. Then the sales person said we dont use metro and i cant answer that question. They took my money and never took care of the small issues I had.

Two young ladies working on the day I went in. The dark haired one had to step in to help me because the dirty blonde haired one had an attitude. And was very rude to me.. If she doesnt want to be at work, then send her home....
