Verizon sent me a refurbished iPhone 5c. They didnt put all the screws in it right, which caused internal damage to the phone. It didnt last longer before the silent switch didnt work, the vibrator was out of place, the home button stopped working, the LCD panel went out and now it doesnt work at all and they wont do anything about it. I cant go and get another phone either because Im under a contract.

Found the staff to be very knowledgeable about the products and plans. Did not feel rushed while my wife and I were both looking at phone upgrades. They were very helpful in assisting us in getting phones with features that we both would be pleased with for both business and pleasure. Best Verizon experience I have had over the course of many years and numerous stores.

The staff was the most helpful staff Ive ever encountered when shopping for a phone. They allowed me to borrow the exact phone I wanted to get (but with the smaller storage) while my phone was being shipped to the store. Couldnt have been happier with purchasing from this Verizon retailer!
