I was having trouble with my phone - - of course, this is usual for me. I was very fortunate to get Maggie. She was able to fix my phone in less than 5 minutes. On other occasions it has taken Verizon personnel up to 45 minutes.( I would like to think this was no fault of the Verizon techs however I really dont know)... On one occasion my phone was even confiscated. It had ....ON ITS OWN downloaded "naked Asian babes".... I was so thankful that THAT TIME the Verizon tech happen to know me personally... He was my daughters Sunday school teacher. Verizon did replace that phone. I would recommend Maggie. She got straight to the problem and solve it. Im not in charge of raises for your company but if I were... She would get the first one!

I recently got a new phone and couldnt get my contacts, emails and pictures to transfer to my new phone. I called verizon help number on my phone and was told to take it to my local verizon store and they would help me free of charge. The employees at this store would not help me unless I paid for their services. They also said that I had to type my contacts in manually which would take several hours. I have been a Verizon customer for 14 years and this store has been nothing but a headache. I do not recommend going to this store. I would go to the Hixson store Instead where the employees are much more willing to help and are always friendly.

I called this store concerning an issue where I felt a family member had been charged too much for a service by a sales associate at this location. I spoke with the manager, Jonathan, who was extremely polite and helpful. We were able to figure out it was probably a miscommunication, but even still, he refunded the full amount to their account. This level of service is not often found now a days. The manager is very customer oriented. In the future, I will do any Verizon business at this location, and I will also recommend this store to all friends.

Not really happy. I was given "deal price" then paid on spot and was promised no additional prices will come. Actually my monthly bill will go down. Now I got statement with extra $120 to pay. Not funny. I tried to call the representative three times because I live 100 miles away and he never picked up and did not respond to my messages. I feel that I was not informed well.

I visit Cellular each time visiting in Dayton, and also in Dallas on Greenville Ave. Technical knowledge is most impressive and is most helpful in making decisions. Above and beyond other Verizon locations...I will always come to Cellular Sales as long as Im with Verizon.
