Im giving thid place 3 starts for a few reasons. Im giving them 1 star because they were actually nice. BUT giving them 3 stars bkus i went to buy 2 phones. And they had financing witch i thought was cool.. i get the phones the guy suggar coated everything.. he did not tell me that progressive leasing charges 20% interest... soo i would end up paying 300 extra ontop of the 1100 for the phones... then the phone i got the spen didnt work and the other phone took 3 days to unlock... all in all my main issue was that i did not get informed of the fees. and didnt get any paperwork. I wouldnt suggest financing unless u really need to those payments a re outrageous.... the only good thing i guess is that they didnt give me any assle returning.. and they were nice about it.. for repairs this place would be great.

As always FANTASTIC customer service along with honesty and sincerity. Brought my Note 5 in yesterday that needed serviced. Spoke to Calvin explained him my situation and immediately he assisted me. During the process i received updates on my phone and once it was done everything worked great on the phone. At first i was quoted for a service that needed to be done and once they looked further into the problem they found out it was only a simple service that it needed which resulted for a less cost. Any other company would have kept quiet about it and kept that extra cash. Which is why i give this place 5 stars for their honesty and awesome performance. Keep it up guys! -Miguel

M wireless is a definite place to go if youre having phone problems I have been there many times and never been disappointed at the moment I was having problems with my galaxy s5 it seems I might have spilled something on it and it got in the port , Will happily assisted me with the replacement of it in less than one hour Ive also dealt with Kelvin who is another cutie in the store he had to replace my network I can assure you that this is the place to go if any issues as far as broken network issues are just selling your phone believe me Ive met a lot of people in this biz and they are simply the best

I love this place ! This was 2nd time here an Im pleased with the results AGAIN ! My iPhone 5s screen was shattered && they fixed it in like 15 minutes ! I told them I had to go to work an they got it done right away ! They also gave me a case && screen protector to go with my new lovely screen ! This is the only place I suggest to my family an friends ! They Also love it ! I suggest you come here to get your phone fixed cause the vibe is also just chill && positive ! You can tell theses young men love what they do ! I see this business going very far ! Keep up the good work guys !!!!

So I had a Galaxy that neede to be fixed and I took it to them at 3 and I was living town the next day, and these guys gave me their word and said they would have it done for me tge same day. It was saturday and tgeir closed on sundays. They were going to close at 5 and they stayed all the way until 6:45 fixing my phone. They are the best. I am speachless about their service. Great place. I give them 10 stars if that is possible.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with them over multiple visits and every time Ive went its been an awesome experience. Their customer service and knowledge of product is outstanding ! I went in with a issue with my lens on my camera phone. After calling around for about an hr this was the only store that had the lens on hand and it was cheaper then any other location. I recommend any customer to go in and get great customer service for the cheapest price in the city.

Do not buy a phone from this shady place. If youre in the market for a phone use online markets that accept paypal where if there are any issues you can get your money back with no problem. Dont make the same mistake I did. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
