I bought a pair of blue tooth headphones yesterday. The package had a noticable amount of tape on it but the reprsentative assured me the package had just been ripped not opened. When I opened the package the product info was missing from inside the box so I immediately took them back. The owner of the store told me after they looked for the instructions elsewhere that he could not exchange them because I opened the box. I bought what was supposed to be a brand new Item and because I noticed that something was missing from the package I could not get an exchange because I opened the package. BAD BUSINESSES!!!!!! I was not the first person to open the package. So today I charge and try to use them and they already have a short in the left ear bud. I am so disappointed. I will not let this go it is not fair.
