Absolutely unbelievable! Just came back to Sprint and got another dose of poor customer service! Transfer 5 lines back to Sprint, 4 with no issues however we needed to port 1 later. Went in to this store 15 minutes before closing to get it done, Blake was on it from the start, however because my husband is primary on the account I needed to be added to do it without him present (this took longer than expected) however the Mgr called Blake and told him to get us out the store it was close NG time! It was obvious Blake was not comfortable doing this so he offered to continue helping us port the number in the parking lot, and did just that all while we watched the Mgr lock up the store and drive off, only to call Blake and chastise him for continuing to help us. Sounds like the rolls need to be reversed with Blake promoted to Mgr!

Called the store over and over to get information to change services from Verizon to another carrier no one answered, and I let the phone ring each time till it disconnected. My husband talked to someone and he intridged him to give them a chance, but that all went into the air after not being able to reach someone on a business phone during business hours not even a recording smh. Cont. about 6 calls later I had to bump the stars up Andrew totally redeemed the whole review after answering my call and thoroughly explaning everything.

I would give a negative if I could! I returned a device that NEVER worked-well within the 14 days-and was charged a $75 restocking fee!! SO WRONG!!!!
