A few weeks ago, I, like many others, cracked (destroyed) the screen on my iPhone 6. Being the DIY person that I am, I decided to order a screen and LCD assembly and change it myself. I consider myself a fairly tech savvy guy, but I royally screwed up in taking on this task. I wont get into the details of my failures, but needless to say, I needed my phone fixed ASAP; so I went to Wiregrass Commons Mall and happened upon a kiosk called Cellairis. An employee named Olivia grabbed my phone and disassembled it with ninja-like skills, and immediately told me what I needed to fix it, along with the cost and warranty information for the repairs. Alana (who I assume is the manager, because she got on to us for talking about farts) was also present. The two of them together provided me with one of, if not the best, customer service experiences Ive ever had at any retail store. I had to go back today because my phone wouldnt charge, they fixed that problem in about four minutes at no charge. I cant thank them enough for their friendly, customer-first attitude. Needless to say, they will be getting ALL of my future business. If you havent been there, stop in and see them, Im sure youll get the same amazing customer service that I received. Thanks again for such a great experience!!!

Upon shattering my screen, I was writing in agony; the fabric of my world was torn. As I lamented into the night I asked myself, "What will I do?" The answer came to me in a dream! The next day, as the Sun rose into a sapphire sky, I Googled (from a comrads mobile device because mine was shattered) cell phone repair services, and low and behold! CELLAIRIS rose from the deep! I trusted the already great reviews, making the long journey to this sublime kiosk located in Wiregrass Commons Mall in Dothan. The girls were very sweet; their gentle hands repairing my phone with doctor-like grace. For a price that is much less expensive than buying a whole new phone my phone was reborn. My precious phone was mine again. My name is Christian Townsend and this is my story.

Dropped my phone off on Saturday and was told my phone would be ready to pick up by Tuesday. They required me to pay half of the cost which was $98.98 and the other half when I picked it up. I work for a living and every dollar I spend comes from hard work and sweat just to be jerked around. I decided to get the Note 3 fixed because I needed is for work like weeks ago. Now I guess I will wait another week for their supposedly inventory of screens to come in which might I add was shipped FedEx so paying $200 for a screen replacement doesnt include express shipping. Horrible highly recommend if your needing your screen replaced quickly but accurately and in a timely manner do NOT take your phone here. Dreading to see the outcome of the actual replaced screen!

Aside from the incredible customer service, both Olivia and Cullen did a fantastic job in diagnosing the problem I had with my phone. No one had been able to figure the issue out. Once they did, the price I was charged for the repair was less than every other option I compared. Thanks so much for making sure that the phone was repaired to like-new quality and for taking the time to explain each step in the process. My daughters went to get the battery fixed in her phone. She is 16 and her little sister is 10. While there he fixed her phone okay, but the guy (wont be too respectful and call him gentleman) cursed profusely in front of my children while fixing her phone. This is unacceptable to me as a person and as a mom. Totally unprofessional and my business will go elsewhere next time.

Excellent customer service. The repair lady (Elise) who I think is the manager is so nice. She goes above and beyond every time someone in my family breaks a phone. There is another place in the mall that is a larger repair store but they have half the service that Cellairis offers. #customer4life
