The customer service I received was probably the best Ive ever seen in a mobile carrier store. I was helped by John and Desmond. The two of them helped me set up my service and pick out a phone that was the best for my budget. They were extremely quick at it too. I even came back the next day after they closed. After explaining to them that my moms service had to be changed that day, they actually gladly accepted me into the store to get my moms service and device set up. Now if this was all I had to day then they alone would definitely get 5 stars. I waited about a month before posting this review and unfortunately have had some issues since then. My phone calls do get dropped quite often and a lot of the time the call will go through but the other person cant hear me. I also completely lose my LTE signal quite a bit and itll go down to just H. So while this store was unbeatable for customer service, the phones service itself isnt exactly what gets promised. Definitely check this store out though for a friendly environment and a very informative visit on your next phone and service consideration.

I went in the other day to replace my phone and I couldnt believe how great the service was in this store. Ive had a couple of negative experiences dealing with cell phone stores in the past due to my job situation, and I always dread going into one of these places. To elaborate on that a bit, I manage a local port-a-potty business, and I dont have to tell you what a "crappy" job it can be sometimes, no pun intended! Sometimes I only stink a little bit, but there are days in which it can get pretty bad. Thats why I dont like going into the stores. But these guys were different... they didnt judge me and they made the conversation fun instead of acting all holier than thou with me. They hooked me up with a great new phone, a new plan and even a Lifeproof case for my new phone. They jokingly referred to it as a "poo-proof" case for my particular situation, LOL.... Thanks again, and I will definitely come back!

This is a wonderful store! Megan, John, and Gretchen were the most helpful employees Ive ever had the pleasure to bring my problems to. They have resolved every issue Ive had in a respectful and timely manner, all while treating me like a human being instead of just another face. Theyve shown me many different ways to save money on my monthly bill and have hooked me up with all sorts of deals. Ill always come back to this store instead of a corporate store, even if Im hours away. Very premium customer service!

I am so glad they have a T-Mobile here in Muncie. The customer service that I received was excellent. I personally dealt with John and he was knowledgeable, polite and entertaining. I would recommend this store. John helped me decide on my next device all within my budget.
