Have been purchasing here for years. You know how it goes - have a good experience, tell one person, have a bad one, tell a thousand, so here it goes; Bought a phone March 8th. Called today March 22nd because my wifes phone is not holding a charge and the reception is in and out. It was a brand new iPhone 6S. Ive never once had an issue with an iPhone out of the box. Megan @ the AT&T store said its a 14 day return policy and to contact Apple. End of story. I explained today is the 14th day, in fact I bought it right before close and if you did the math, tonight is 14 days exactly. She said its store policy blah blah blah and I can speak with a store manager, who isnt there until Thursday. So she called someone and very happily explained to me "since its defective you must go through Apple". I said "ok forget about it being defective, can I just return it tonight" and she again happily proclaimed "sir you just told me it was defective, you cannot return a defective item, you must go through Apple". Anyway, I bought a brand new phone from this AT&T store less than two weeks ago, it has problems, and now I have to get a used one from Apple due to my slipping up and being honest about what was going on. Had I lied, I would have been ok. Just downright terrible. Luckily AT&T no longer does contracts so I will be selling this POS phone and going with Verizon who at least acts like they are interested in my business.

Ian was great helping me out, talked me into going back to Uverse. But prior to him arriving to work, the real MVP was Jerri(?)....I have never watched someone stay so composed when a customer was almost berating her. To the blonde haired, impatient, snooty acting woman in the dress that was too short for her aging self...you are rude and obnoxious and I should have spoke up and told you myself. Jerri (hope thats how she spells it) was as calm as could be while helping two other customers simultaneously and listening to this woman harrass her with questions. It was easily understood that Jerri was doing a fabulous job multi-tasking with multiple customers (which is why I didnt mind waiting) so Im not sure why this woman felt like she was better than everyone else..but I assure you she was not. This blonde was the true meaning of "money cant buy you class". Nice job Jerri!! You need a raise.

I was very disappointed in speaking with the Manager today. I have been a customer at this store since it has opened. Lack of communication internally is not something that the customer should not be affected by. I never realized that good customer service should be viewed as a "privilege" versus a good practice. Also, never assume that your customer cant grasp basic concepts. Things happen, how you handle them dictates how you are business acumen is perceived.

I purchased phones at this store in July. The representative told me it was buy one get one free when you added a new line. He failed to mention that the limit to the one you get free was based on a 16GB phone. I purchased the 64GB phones and now Im having to pay the difference because the rep failed to mention the details. I wont be returning to this store.

Highly recommend this store! Great location, great people. They do a great job in making you feel comfortable. Everyone was kind and patient with my needs and requests. Tyler Sea had helped me through everything and did a fantastic job! It was a quick and easy process, I was in and out in a jiffy. All in all, great store!

Bought a Samsung Note 5 and Gear S2 smart watch from this store. The first month I had the watch, I went over in data a little on my plan. Then today, I got a text message from AT&T saying theyd credited my account to cover the overage charge just to say they appreciate my business. Now thats customer service!
