This is where I go to buy the relatively hard to find Orijen cat food that my Maine Coon prefers. Just as important to me, however, is the fact that Saluda River Pet Food is a locally-owned store that has a surprisingly large selection of food and supplies - one that rivals the big box stores, in fact. The staff is friendly, too, and knowledgeable, AND theyll be happy to order whatever you need if they dont have it in stock, or even if they dont normally carry it. Goodbye, Petco. Goodbye, PetSmart.

The owner is a complete a hole. And wonders why all of his employees quit and walk out. The staff at this store is what made it the best. Well now they have no employees at this location and hopefully the customers realize what scum owns it and gives their money else where. You know your a pretty horrible owner to have a manager of 5 years, who bent over backwards for yall walk out. They promised him so many things and never gave him any. Have fun having no employees. ✌

I wish I could give it zero stars. Every time I go in here the young girls who work there are rude and unhelpful. They are more concerned with chatting with each other. I would rather drive out of my way to Petco in Cherrydale to get my dog supplies where the people are friendly and helpful! They staff here should be more like the staff at the Easley location, they were always great when I lived over in that area.

The employees are the reason to go here. It is a nice pet store with lots of supplies but the employee go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and love on your pups. We didnt want to leave...well Ossian didnt want to leave they loved on him so much!

I was astounded by the selection. Wow just wow! I just moved here and this is walking distance from my house so Ms. Mae Mae and I will be back. Very friendly and very helpful staff.

I cant blame Saluda, but they are selling Victor cat food. WTH is in this stuff. My cats were fine until I tried feeding them this $hit!!!!! A really pissed cat owner.
