DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG FOR GROOMING ON THIS PLACE! We took our small dog to get his grooming done as usual. They call me 3 hours later just to tell me they couldnt finish his face because they were not able to do so. Are you freaking kidding me?!! They didnt even offer an apology and the groomers there were the most incompetent, rude, and unprofessional I ever saw! The groomers are not even certified, most of them are young trainees who just got out of high school. A friend of mine who takes his dog there told me they always lack employees and the previous groomer is never there, like if they hire and fire employees and never come back. They lack professionalism. Asked to talk to the manager, the idiot she didnt even know what to tell me! Asked her if I could bring him another day so they could finish the job, she told me they werent gonna have more groomers until October LIER! She didnt offer an apology, just no charge, really? Our dog was even scared to be there when we picked him up! Do yourself a favor and AVOID TAKING YOUR PRECIOUS DOG TO THIS INCOMPETENT, RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I will contact the Better Bussiness Berau so they can get in touch with the owner of this people and inspect their employees and practices.

I am out of town. Went to this petsmart because my jack is a registered patient of banfield hospital. All I wanted was a clipping as my daughter has hardwood floors and my jack Russell had long nails. I was immediately asked if I had been there before? I said no, not to this particular store but I am a member?...the girl at the counter said please go somewhere else, we dont know you? You can take your dog to someone else, I was told. I walked out. I called back later hoping I could speak to someone else and did. I was told the same thing by someone else a couple hours later. Granted, this was the day after Christmas, but I am a member in good standing. They have all my info, if they bothered to look. I was made to feel unimportant. Couldnt wait to leave. Dont take your animal to easily banfield if you dont know someone. You will be turned away.

I used to shop there all the time for my soon to be one year old shih tzu. I will never go there again, especially for grooming. I did not have time to go to my regular groomer, so I had to take her to Petsmart. The lady checking us in said they could cut my dog very nice and treat her well.Going back an hour later, you can see my dogs skin. When I asked to speak to the groomer, they gave me a "more experienced" groomer, meaning that she was not the one that groomed my dog. Upon asking how experienced the person that groomed my dog was, she replies with "That isnt important." That is like asking who helped take care of your kid at the daycare, and give you the person that mops the floors. My baby is cold and it is all their fault.

Staff is friendly and super helpful but its obvious that they dont do their job correctly. Was recommended a food enhancer for my picky puppy that was on sale, to get home and find that 4/6 of the pouches have been expired for months. Barely carry any rabbit supplies as well. If you have a pet rabbit youll have to go somewhere else to get their supplies even though PetSmart is suppose to carry them. Only had PetSmart brand rabbit food in stock and didnt have any chews or treats for rabbits. Barely had hay. Wont be returning.

Like the other "big box" pet options , petsmart does have a huge selection of low end to super premium products. .....but....their prices are quite high. It doesnt matter what you are shopping for, it will certainly be significantly more expensive than a grocery store, or mom & pop owned pet store, or even online. If its a "gotta have it now " situation and price doesnt matter, then yes Id recommend petsmart for the vast selection and knowledgeable staff.

WARNING!!! If you are taking your dog to the groomers and it doesnt quite like getting their nails done PLEASE reconsider. They cut one of my little Yorkies toenails completely off. You cant even hardly feel it. Not only that they didnt cut the rest of them but still charged us $35 even after speaking to the manager!!! Please find another groomer. Ill never even shop here again. They hurt my baby.

The employees are very helpful and they are always willing to chat a little. Im a very picky person and am gradually building my fish tank. Every time I go in the people are willing to work with me and not rush me. Going to this location has never been an issue and Im a satisfied customer.

Aisleways were very close together. We constantly had to keep saying excuse me in order to go around people. Free treats for your pets when you bring them with you. Pretty cool to be able to shop with your dog. Prices are high compared to same items I bought at the the Humane Society.

Very helpful staff. My dogs are on a vegan diet and I was out of their food. Went there since they carry it. They dont carry that one but they helped me find one , and only one that was actually vegan.

Good place to buy specialty items for pets and the vet hospital is there and for all the spoiled pups theres also a salon, but if you love your pet they should be spoiled anyway
