Go to the bottom and most recent update: Bottom of page The poor finches! There cage is filthy!!! The perches have poo all over them, there water looks like a sewer and there food is in the bottom so it is probably pooed in too! ALL THE FINCHES ARE SICK!!! The owner PLEASE get down there and tell those workers to stop being lazy and clean! I love birds and this is not right! I bought two finches and both of them were sick and I barley got them to recover. I say that like in the pet supermarket in spring hill they take the sick finches in a separate cage (one per finch) This pet supermarket dont even have the decency of separating them! They got a new shipment of owl finches and they were so healthy, and now they are all sick too! OWNER please help these poor finches! I clean my finches cage of two once a week and that cage has TONS of finches and still clean it once a week! That needs to be cleaned AT LEAST once every other day!!!!! HELP! Update: I recently went there and the finches are in a lot better health, But there water is filthy they say they clean it three times a day but I have birds and I do it 4 times a day. It needs to be done way more than that, and I know that they have the time cause Ill see them just walking around or chatting when they could be cleaning, more effort needs to be put out. Next time I go there if there water is clean I will give five star. (that is if they keep it up) NEWEST AND MOST HORRIBLE UPDATE!!! MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just went there and ALL THE ANIMALS ARE DYING! Those people are MURDERS!!! They are a bunch of young people that love to sit around and chat while animals are suffering!!!! The Birds are in the most horrible shape IV SEEN! If you know anything about birds you would know that Conures and Lovebirds are the most energetic creatures for bird I OWNED ONE I KNOW! But they are so sick they could not even move! The Conure couldnt even open its eyes it was so sick! The cages are Filthy!!! They looked like they havent been cleaned in years! The hamsters were so sick they had wet tail and were suffering so badly ITS SICK! Those workers are not cleaning or caring for those animals, THEY ARE SELFISH MURDERS! Lazy workers! Other pet supermarkets bring there sick animals (birds, hamsters, ect.) IN the back to heal them and give medicine, but these people DO NOTHING! I cant believe how selfish you can be! DONT BUY PETS FROM HERE!!! They have TONS of finches giving each others sickness where they are all DYING! Those workers know NOTHING about there pets because if they did then the pets would be alive! Those poor things are dying and suffering and in the worst condition! Now on my return I come to find that they had made a very tremendous turn for the better. All there animals are in great shape and are very healthy. It warms my heart to see them taken care of so well now. Please keep up with this and take care of the sweet wonderful animals! Great job! Please keep it up~ ~~~Skye

So I was at Pet Supermarket looking at the hamsters. I know ALOT about hamsters and their species but I was curious if the employees knew the different species of hamsters. I asked her what kind of hamster I was holding and she said Chinese Hamster. I told her strait to her face that it wasnt a Chinese Hamster and that it was a Winter White Russian Dwarf Hamster. She seemed confused. She asked her manager and the manager told her I was right. I also found out that mix dwarf hamsters with Syrians and Chinese Hamsters with dwarfs and when they get to a certain age they can kill each other. It just makes me so angry. I had to put the hamsters back in the right cages and there was a huge hole that let them go in other cages. I told the employees and manager this and they didnt care. Their exact words were "So." And I stomped out. They dont give ANY care to their animals it angers me!

All five of my bettas have died. Three from columnaris and one from Ich and I brought them all from this store. They fell ill within DAYS of purchase. They always would smile and offer to replace them, but every single one was sick and never recovered. I had a filter, heater, treated the water, gave the meds they gave me and everything. Also disinfected and completely changed the water, gravel and plants after each death. Very expensive on me to say the least! They need to switch breeders because its ridiculous to have that many deaths, when the manager of the fish section told me I was doing everything perfect and she didnt understand why they were all dying on me. DO NOT BUY BETTAS THEIR BREEDER IS HAVING ISSUES just heard this from one of their employees

Prices arent the cheapest but the staff is awesome, selection is mind boggling, and adoptable pets are healthy. I adopted a kitten from them, hes very healthy, good spirited, already neutered, and microchipped. If the manager reads these, would you please break up a bag of each type of dog food/treat, repackage them as sampler packs, and put the profit margin up? My dog is very picky and Id rather pay a higher per-ounce price than give away several pounds of kibble. I honestly and literally cant afford for my dog to taste test the higher quality kibble if I have to buy a whole bag of it, but Id be more than happy to buy the most expensive food you sell if I already know she likes it.

I buy a select type(s) of fish for my tanks from any number of pet stores many in which are great, however none of these stores EXCEPT Pet Supermarket are so honest or knowlegdeable when it comes to treating the customer right or telling the truth about ill tanks in example some tanks will naturally have ick. Its normal it is caused by stess when the fish are relocated to a store or your home or even by water quality. Perfectly cureable. They are so honest and repectful as to not cause my whole community tank to not get infected by most illnesses or deceases. And not only do I recommend this particular store location but I will continue to buy my fish there. Keep up the good work.

This is by far one of the best pet stores I have ever been to. The store is clean, well kept, and everything is neatly organized. Not to mention they have some of the best prices around, much cheaper than competing stores. For those who like fish, this place has the best aquarium department Ive ever seen. They have the largest selection of clean freshwater fish. The holding tanks are absolutely spotless. I do all my aquarium shopping here from now on. Pros: -Cheaper prices -Clean -Good service, friendly and knowledgeable employees. -Excellent aquarium fish Cons: -Reptile section is quite small -Usually out of stock of most items I need

The employess know nothing about what they are selling but seem nice. Everytime ive gone in here the reptile display is filthy. Snakes have green water and theres poo thats hasnt been cleaned in weeks. I bought 2 hamsters for my kids, both died within a week, they were replaced and again both the new hamsters died. They looked sick but they refused to refund my money. Also the feeder rodents are way way over priced. They tried to charge me $2.50 for each "large mouse" that looked like hoppers damn near. Ha ha. no way.
